Stopped working after 5 months, I've called customer care and even sent my information to the manufacturer's website. So I have been in contact with two personnel in reference to my system not working. I am very disappointed in this product and wished I could get my money back. The manual primo hand pump works better, no flaws there.

After a few weeks we are annoyed with a loud rattle sound that happens intermittently. Worst is at night. Its in our laundry room but is so loud, we can hear it everywhere in the house. We moved a rug under it, and another time we just shut it off. I emailed Sams, They are replacing it. So We are hopeful the second one will be good.

Will not shut off and noisy. 1st, it was noisy at the pickup pump was defective with vibration 2nd, when I dispensed the hot hat water, it would not shut off even after unplugging the thing it continued to siphon out even after bottle was removed. This item was ordered and I should have heeded the previous reviews.

Performs as expected

Just read the previous reviews!! After a year and a half it stopped dispensing cold water. I work on on refrigerated items and found that the thermostat was faulty causing the water to freeze and not dispense. Also while freezing the float stop would stick in the open position causing water to leak on floor. And of course no replacement thermostat to order. Will buy a name brand water cooler next time.

I bought one for my sons household. It broke within a year, but they have a family of five so it got lots of use. I bought one for myself and I am the only user and the motor quit in a year. So if you are going to buy one, make sure to get the warranty, I didn't. But I feel it should have lasted longer than a year.

Bought one that lasted a year. Had a freon leak and reservoir kept freezing up. Used it a ton, so chalked it up to heavy use. Bought another one, started leaking from under the reservoir after a week, and we couldn't exactly pinpoint the leak to try a DIY repair. Warranty is a joke. You have to pay to ship it to the company so they can assess the problem. Shipping is half or more of the original purchase price! Not worth the hassle. Switching to Culligan so they can take care of the maintenance and deliver water to my home.

Lasted 18 months with low usage of 3-4 bottles per month. The hot and cold option was fine. The room temperature water was a waste of time as there is no dispenser to facilitate usage as there is with the hot and cold option. One has to wait for a small pump to extract and discharge the water from the actual bottle. Expected the unit to last longer than it did. Will not purchase another for replacement.

Leaked right away

Trusting the reviews I purchased this water dispenser. Almost immediately it began making loud noises. All the time! The noises got worse to the point that it’ll keep you up from another room with the door closed and I’m a heavy sleeper. I exchanged it and in less than a weeks time this one is unbearable.
