Great machine for my home , especially I don't need to do heavy lifting with gallons . I recommend for everyone who don't like hundreds bottle monthly .

The bottom loading feature makes this water dispenser even more amazing. Also the new glass dispensing lever makes it even easier to quickly fill your glass with one hand.

Unit is attractive enough to have displayed in my kitchen. Very easy to change water bottles. The whole family is drinking more water and no more individual water bottles in our recycling can!

It’s been 1 month and So far we are very happy with this primo water cooler. Water is ice cold and hot water is steaming hot! I like the way it lights up. Some people complained about the loudness of it but it doesn’t bother us at all.

Been using for about a month. Have rented similar products in the past, so glad I purchased this one. Hot and cold water, fills quickly, and easy to switch out 5 gallon jugs underneath.

Excellent new design and the bottom storage for the water eliminates picking up the heavy bottle and turning it upside down. I love the look and ease of use.

Great value and safe option for a small family. We use a “Funnel” shaped glass to fill from Primo so as to avoid spills. See picture attached. The fill speed is adequate. The flow is even and no drips.

I have purchased 2 of these dispensers for myself and 2 more as gifts. My first dispenser stopped dispensing water after about a year. I purchased a new motor, but it still did not work. I went through the troubleshooting tips, which made it work one more time, then it quit again. I contacted Primo, and they said I needed another hose. I ordered the hose, but it still did not resolve the issue (it took about a month to receive the hose). I really like the convenience of the dispenser, so I ordered another one. Once again, after about a year, it has stopped dispensing. I will not throw away any more money purchasing their products.

This has worked well overall. Last night I had water all over the floor. I didn't know what happened, so I cleaned it up. Today after work, I came home to water all over my floor again, and it's clearly coming from the dispenser (I can see it dripping when I open the bottle enclosure). Im not sure what to do. Ive enjoyed the water dispensing, but can keep having water all over my floor.
