Love my water cooler! I have recently moved to tx, and have a fridge that has a water dispenser, but even with a quality filter we’re unable to drink the water. Now I buy water jugs from Sams for my new cooler and it tastes great!

More environmentally friendly than bottled water and according to my wife, better tasting than the tap. Either way, the dispenser works as advertised and we'd buy it again.

Easy setup, quiet and well built. Hot water is HOT! Only downfall is the hot water feature requires two hands for use. Unable to override that safety feature.

We love this. Not only to we have fresh, col water at ou fingertips, but hot water for cider, hot chocolate, oatmeal, etc. I had to buy this at my local Sams because online third party keptcsending the wrong product.

This water dispenser is perfect. Heats and chills quickly, compact size, and easy to load the water. I like the paddle dispensing system vs. the electronic devices.

Works OK, all the drawbacks I’ve seen so far is the hot water isn’t very hot. It has a light, however it doesn’t help when filling up containers without a white top. Loud most the day/night. Hookup is easy and the cold water is a perfect temp

I bought this because it was bottom loading. The top loading one was getting too hard for me. This was a good decision! And the hot water for hit chocolate or tea is great!!!

The box this was shipped in was badly damaged, and the top door hinge piece is missing!!! The door won't close, so I have yet to be able to even use this item. Unless I want to leave the door wide open!

great water cooler!! Exactly what we were looking for. I like the bottom fill coolers, they arent as tall they dont stand out like a sore thumb in the kitchen.
