Works perfect at my house. We love it. It very easy to put the container underneath the water dispenser. Hot water works perfect to drink hot beverages and cold water works great as well.

Been using for about a month. Have rented similar products in the past, so glad I purchased this one. Hot and cold water, fills quickly, and easy to switch out 5 gallon jugs underneath.

No lifting or flipping 4 or 5 gallon water bottle mid-air, all you need to do is slide water bottle across floor to load! Sharp black and stainless appearance. Cold or very hot water instantly available with locking mechanism on hot side.

Bought this for the wife. She loves it. Some reviews said it was noisy but I don’t notice much noise. The bottom load is the best as I don’t have to fight flipping a 5 gal bottle over. Went from water heater pot to this and never going back.

So convenient and space saver. It has useful features, led night light and flashing light when the water is low. Highly recommended for the family with little children, it has safety button.

Great value and safe option for a small family. We use a “Funnel” shaped glass to fill from Primo so as to avoid spills. See picture attached. The fill speed is adequate. The flow is even and no drips.

This is a good quality product easy to set up and use. I like because i will not pollute the ocean with little plastic bottles that end up in the ocean. This is simple and easy to do.

Be careful when using hot water, button sometimes sticks in and water co to use to pour out .Otherwise it’s a pleasure Also a little noisy.But good for the price.

Overall dispenser is nice, not noisy at all. All water temperatures work well. Although the hot water mechanics sticks so when you pull out your hot water mug/cup the water keeps running. Not good.

Love this dispenser. The hot water comes out very hot and cold is very cold. Very easy to use and so much easier to replace water jugs than the top load type. I’ve only had for about a month but works well and looks classy.
