The box this was shipped in was badly damaged, and the top door hinge piece is missing!!! The door won't close, so I have yet to be able to even use this item. Unless I want to leave the door wide open!

Does what it has to. We got in on special and definitely worth it. Probably not the best to have if you have toddlers at home since all you do is push back and the water is released, but still worth it.

It’s been 1 month and So far we are very happy with this primo water cooler. Water is ice cold and hot water is steaming hot! I like the way it lights up. Some people complained about the loudness of it but it doesn’t bother us at all.

great water cooler!! Exactly what we were looking for. I like the bottom fill coolers, they arent as tall they dont stand out like a sore thumb in the kitchen.

Works OK, all the drawbacks I’ve seen so far is the hot water isn’t very hot. It has a light, however it doesn’t help when filling up containers without a white top. Loud most the day/night. Hookup is easy and the cold water is a perfect temp

The bottom loading feature makes this water dispenser even more amazing. Also the new glass dispensing lever makes it even easier to quickly fill your glass with one hand.

The Primo pro plus has simplified my life, no more heavy lifting and has a sleek design. It is easy to load/change water bottles and having the hot water option is definitely a plus. I love Primo pro plus Thank you

had one to put the cooler on top and this is so much easier to manage. I am a woman and it was getting more difficult to do but this is great and it works great.

This is a good quality product easy to set up and use. I like because i will not pollute the ocean with little plastic bottles that end up in the ocean. This is simple and easy to do.

Great value and safe option for a small family. We use a “Funnel” shaped glass to fill from Primo so as to avoid spills. See picture attached. The fill speed is adequate. The flow is even and no drips.
