Had to return the first one was broken the top door hinge. The second one was broken in the same place just opted for the refund

This was a great purchase. Easy to setup, start dispensing water with no problems. Has a good system in letting you know when you are low or empty.

Sleek update to a home or office staple. Hides bottle while providing both hot and cold water. Saves your back from having to hoist the bottle up to replace empty bottles. Would appreciate a version in white.

This is the 2nd water cooler we’ve had. This one is by far the best! Cools the water down quickly and I love The bottom loader. No more throwing out a shoulder to refill!

Really enjoying our new cooler. I wish Sams Club offered 5 gallon bottles with a deposit reimbursed when you return the bottle for a full one. Right now they only offer 4 gallon bottles. We have them stacking up all over the place.

Does what it has to. We got in on special and definitely worth it. Probably not the best to have if you have toddlers at home since all you do is push back and the water is released, but still worth it.

It’s been 1 month and So far we are very happy with this primo water cooler. Water is ice cold and hot water is steaming hot! I like the way it lights up. Some people complained about the loudness of it but it doesn’t bother us at all.

The bottom loading feature makes this water dispenser even more amazing. Also the new glass dispensing lever makes it even easier to quickly fill your glass with one hand.

had one to put the cooler on top and this is so much easier to manage. I am a woman and it was getting more difficult to do but this is great and it works great.

Great addition to my kitchen. Love the hold water- very hot. Cold is cold- no need for ice. Easy set up. Don't have to lift 5 gallon bottles. Slide right in at the bottom.
