This has to be returned. It was a Christmas present and was broken after unboxed. One of the water dispenser were broke.

I was spending so much money on bottled water for my studio classes full of young kids, and this has been a much better investment!

I really like this product. The water function and the temperature of the water is on point. I would recommend this product to others.

I like that I can replace the water bottles myself because its loaded into the bottom. I don't have to wait for my son to come home to do it for me.

Works great. Water is very good. I can also make a cup of instant coffe or hot chocolate with the hot water side.

Bought this for a small office. Very easy to use. No more lifting water jugs and flipping them over. Water heats hot and fast, too.

This is our first water cooler. Easy to load from the bottom. Easy setup, just plug it in and flip a switch or two.

Great so far, it had a weird noise when operating but i taped on it and its but smooth and happy since.

Have been renting from Ready Fresh for sometime and decided to cancel and purchase. Very happy with the dispenser and love the bottom load!
