Started leaking after 3 weeks.

It’s nice, but my last one had a metal feed tube not plastic. Lots of plastic in this one.

The versatility in the temperature use is awesome. I've been drinking more water than ever and no more water bottles.

I purchased this brand of water dispenser before. This is the upgraded version. I'm very happy with it.

The pump doesn't shut off when the water jug is empty. Now I have to lug it back to the store to return it.

Does exactly that it’s supposed to. Heats water to a very high temp and the cold water is just amazing.
