Sound and picture excellent.

My review doesn't do the tv justice. The picture, sound quality is great. However, I have a hearing problem and couldn't hook up headphones that would plug into optical/audio port. But there wasn't one. For what they cost, this really cheapend the tv. Have to buy more stuff just to hear. Without a hearing problem, Tv is excellent.

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. Nice picture, but the TV sucks

Worst TV I ever bought. It's too complicated. The sound output has died multiple times on it. I had to pull the plug on the tvto reset it. To prove my point about it being too complicated the owner's manual is 254 pages long. My TCL Roku TV is much easier to operate.

Never to old to learn

Not what I expected

I bought this DU7200 75 inch a couple weeks ago. All reviews were good is the reason I bought it. Didn't realize it is a very entry level TV. I can't connect my older Bose system to it or my new Bose sound bar because it doesn't have optical or rca connections. I did connect the sound bar via Bluetooth just to find out the sound does not sync with the picture. I even bought an audio converter only to find out it wouldn't work either. wish I had kept my older Samsung that worked perfectly. I just wanted a larger tv. Lesson learned on my part that what seems to be good is not always what you get.

Hi Never to old to learn, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV. To address the audio delay, you may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through. This TV has amazing features

This TV is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung DU7200D Crystal UHD TV (2024), and I’m really happy with it so far. The 4K picture quality is super clear and vibrant, and navigating through apps like Netflix and Disney+ is really smooth with the Tizen OS. It’s easy to use, and I like that it has built-in voice assistant support. It’s not perfect—like, it’s not the best for gaming or super bright rooms—but for everyday TV watching, it’s been great. Overall, it’s a great upgrade for the price, and I feel like I got a lot of value out of it.

The most realistic screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV to stream movies music videos on YouTube and also use it to monitor my whole house. I don't even have to have the remote no more looking for that because it's on my phone exactly the same as it is they came with the TV This is one of the best TVs I've ever had the most realistic pictures if you put the ocean scene on there yes it looks like an ocean and it's so big and it's right there bold in front of you number one TV I've ever had check it out you like it too.

Only Samsung 4 use.

Enjoying the Samsung TV Plus app that gives us hundreds of local and network channels. Added my sins on account and am now able to control all sales on products in my Smart Homes app from my TV. Kids and I are loving the Samsung Gaming Hub app that allows us to play hundreds of games while using our PlayStation controller.

Great Deal for the money

This is my 2nd DU7200, the 1st was for my wife which is the 55" model, the DU7200 have a amazing UI, entry level HDR, great for gaming with a great color gamut, the Samsung hub is a plus, great connectivity with Smarthings eco-system, the sound is also great, many apps. We have a Qled on the living room, which have the best image quality ever, the DU7200 is a great deal for the money

New TV

I bought the 85” Samsung, very happy with it. I was worried it might look too big for the area, but it works great, happy that I didn’t go smaller. The picture is great, but the sound isn’t that great, I must have the volume set higher than I wanted, so I will need to buy a sound bar. .

Sound features not as good

Liked my old Samsung much better. The speaker in this is not nearly as good. Have to turn the volume Up over 60 to 70 on most programs to even be able to hear. And no, I’m not hard of hearing! Still have my other Samsung and like that TV much better. Not sure if it’s because they’re making them so much thinner that the speakers aren’t the quality that they used to be. My old one is not that old and definitely better quality. Disappointed in this one.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you!
