Warranty nightmare

The TV is great but nothing warranty wise was in the box. No warranty book, no 800 number etc. If something would go wrong with the TV I would not know who to contact!!!

This is a very good TV. Has all the apps. Easy to operate and a great controller. The only negative that I have found is that the volume does not come on immediately after you mute it. It is slow to return to the set volume. If it wasn’t for that I could give it a 5star rating.

Terrible remote. I.have to look up what anything on there is and sometimes that works sometimes not. I’m 81 years old and there isn’t much on there that I can figure out on my own. Why can’t the remote tell you what it does. Never had any problem with my previous. I guess this is for very savy people. Even this review is hard to use—like I can’t get back to the top of this block that I’m typing in
