[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a Samsung 7200D 65" TV at an excellent price. After exploring various brands, I found this model to be the best in its segment. The user interface and software stand out, surpassing those of other TVs in the same category. Additionally, I paired it with my Samsung 5.1 sound system, which is Q-Symphony compatible. This combination has significantly enhanced the sound quality, making the viewing experience truly enjoyable.

Crappy remote. Why no Mic? No access to mic. What was the reason? A basic feature that has been around for a very long time. Can be used with Alexa, oh goody. A device that gets things wrong a large percentage of the time and conversations end with yelling, so yay, put two lacking devices together so a company can save a few pennies. Also nothing intuitive about this interface, regret purchase is a challenge everyday.

Also no more need gaming console. You just need any gaming controller or you can use your phone as gaming controller like amazon Luna( just download from playstore or appstore). Picture quality is like its name, Crystal. Remote has shortcut button like Disney plus, Prime video and Netflix. Overall we can say All-in-One Package. L,

I have been a Roku girlie for 10 years but then got gifted a larger Samsung tv. Samsung's interface is not as user friendly as Roku and definitely not as pretty. The home screen also aggressively pushes Samsung TV and their options - I don't care, I just want my apps. The remote is also limited given the app version of the remote has a worse UX and UI than the actual TV. The TV shows microphone capabilities but the remote does not have that function. I am giving this 3 out of 5 stars because at least the picture is decent and sound is fine. But otherwise, this TV is unnecessarily complicated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that the connection to the internet is so erratic. My WiFi is strong and near the tv. Also, other devices are connected. But the tv frequently loses connection even though it says it is connected to the internet.
