Sound/Audio Issue.

We've had the Samsung TV since June 2024. The picture is very good. We've had some trouble with the audio/sound. When changing channels, sometimes the sound "pops" and we lose sound on the new channel. If we turn the TV off for a few seconds and turn it back on, the sound returns to normal. I plan to call Samsung customer/technical service to discuss this issue the next time we experience the problem.

Satisfying first Samsung TV

My first ever Samsung TV. This fit nicely for the price, size and picture quality for a loft TV. The room is well lit but still picture is quite bright and contrast is good. Have watched some regular content but nothing to test it's display extremities , so far so good. Audio is loud enough but have my old Yamaha bar hooked in. Build seems to be a bit flimsy plastic feeling as I can feel the body slightly bend or budge while setting up the TV, so feels bit unsafe with a feeling that I might break it. Reduced a star coz of the flimsy feel with the remote and TV build quality. Have to see how long they hold compared to the build quality of my still running Sony from 14yrs ago.

Beautiful picture!

The unit has a beautiful picture, but as far as ease of use, that's another story. I have 4 Samsung TV's and this one for some reason is very difficult to navigate. I can't add apps that I view and always have to go to search to find them, which is annoying.

Great television, but...

Great television. I am frustrated with the processing speeds, when Samsung has the best processor in the world known as "Snapdragon". Well then it should be in your television markets as well. Other than that issue, I have been a Samsung television owner for years, and will continue...

Biggie big tv

When I saw this Samsung 75' I just had to have it...it's big,slick and the price was to good to pass up...some people have a problem with the remote because its slim but I don't ..the picture is phenomenal what more can I say..I'm simple so I don't need another of ports,I just want to watch..I luv it and you will as well...don't miss out on this great deal.

Bizarre

Bought this TV 5 days ago and every 7-10 minutes the screen goes black. In about a minute it comes back on and freezes for a brief moment and then in about 7-10 minutes it goes black again. It ran perfectly for a full 4 days w/o any problems. I am absolutely baffled.

Hi FGS1, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Picture Looks Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased TV as a Christmas gift. It is a 75 inch and fits perfectly in our living room. We couldn't be more happier with the picture quality. I have seen others comment about sound quality, but the sound is not a problem at all. I was looking at the LG, but I'm completely satisfied that I purchased the Samsung. Great price, picture and all of the above.

Beautiful picture

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. I hope these tips help you enjoy your new product. Limited features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New technology! Only 3 HDMI connections. No way to connect old surround sound system. I called the company, and they told me I had to order a sound bar, there is no way to connect my exciting surround sound system. So, returned the TV. I bought an Insignia that has the connections I need to connect my surround sound system.

Great tv

Bought this tv last week to replace a Roku. Never was happy with that tv: sound was bad even though it was easy to use. Had a little difficulty getting used to another Samsung. Have had Samsung tv’s in the past and loved the quality. The only thing I don’t like is the remote. Too small and hard to see the buttons.
