Pretty and big but broke after 2 weeks

This TV has a nice large screen and looked really good. Really vibrant colors. But after 2 weeks it would not turn on one morning. Just make a clicking noise and never turn on. So I returned it.

Better than Iphones

We decided to change from iphones back to android. So far I love this phone. The camera is amazing! It was not difficult to figure out. Plus we got a spanking, great deal through our provider!

It's probably the nicest television ever!

Our 12 year old TV had to be replaced and we chose the Samsung 55" Class - DU7200D Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV. We set it up it up in 5 minutes and it paired wirelessly to our Samsung sound bar. We were amazed at the clarity and it's amazing!

Love the ease of going from TV to you tube or any.

I bought my 55" Samsung TV and I love it. 1000 percent over the Vizio I owned previously and their communist policy as to who owns the TV. I paid for it. So, why change or delete feature it came with just because you can.

Almost prefect

I love the size, picture quality, price. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the inputs. My old bose sound system hooks up by optical cable. No way to attach it to new TV. Had to buy new sound system. Oh well. Technology moves forward...

Remote control needs to be redesigned!!

Remote control is very difficult to operate. Even something as basic as muting Volume is not 100%. It works only half of the time. . Samsung! you need to put in more buttons that work and design the remote for ease of use for viewers.

The remote control needs to be improved.

TV is great. Everything is fine except for the remote control. It is too simple and needs time to figure out how to use it sometimes. Maybe I am not that smart anymore.

Great picture and features!

I bought this television to replace one that had stopped receiving wifi very well. This one is excellent and has a beautiful picture along with many features I didn't have before.

Does not receive signal

The antenna to receive the WiFi is horrible Even though WiFi signal is great. Did not work right. Kept loosing signal. Needed to add a fire stick which has a better receiving capability than the tv.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. All features are outstanding for the price.

I bought this samsung DU7200 65" flat screen tv because of my budget and I'm definitely not disappointed in anyway, shape or form. For the price and tech, Outstanding!!!
