Beautiful picture!
The unit has a beautiful picture, but as far as ease of use, that's another story. I have 4 Samsung TV's and this one for some reason is very difficult to navigate. I can't add apps that I view and always have to go to search to find them, which is annoying.

Looks good and uses less power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very bright picture. Has multiple input options. Has mice appearance even when off. Has options to use various methods for stands and supports. Slim remote looks more modern. Price was reasonable. Packing job was very good. Overall a great deal.
Quality u can see

Great looking TV with drawbacks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize that obtaining people’s personal information is a major plus for your organization, but for the customer, it is completely unnecessary and should never be a part of the purchase of a television. You cannot get full functionality without submitting this information and that’s disgusting. The opening screen with all the little windows is not useful and quite annoying. Just let the TV start with the most recent input and let the user make the change when they are ready. Trying to hook up a soundbar is not easy. There is basically nothing in the paperwork about it. Of course, there’s plenty of information about connecting a Samsung soundbar. Eliminating the digital optical input is absolutely ridiculous, and I almost repacked the TV and brought it back when I saw that. Changing the threads for the TV mount from models sold a few years ago was also a problem. As usual, you did this to encourage people to buy a Samsung TV mount. I have purchased 4 Samsung TVs over the last decade, but this most recent will be the last. The TVs have a beautiful picture, but you have gone too far with invading our privacy, and forcing additional products on us. Thank you the opportunity to submit feedback.

Please know, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features. When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. Regarding mounting your TV, please know your TV should work with most universal mounts. You may need to purchase new screws, which can be found at your local hardware store. For your DU7200, you will need 4 x M8 screws, 20-22mm length, and 1.25mm pitch. I hope these tips help. If you need more assistance, Samsung is here for you! Great TV at great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with the quality of the TV at bargain price. Samsung live comes with many programs, I use mostly music related channels. The only issue I have is the speed of the Apps. For example, if I go back to an APP that I previously ran, it takes a while to response.
TV doesn't work.
I bought a Saimsung because I liked the quality. But I've nothing but trouble trying to have repaired.. I bougt 9 months ago and after no luck getting it working by a phone call. a repair man was sent out a week later. he decided the part he needed was not in his truck and an appointment was made a week later when told the part had come in. Yesterrday he came back to put the new sensor in only to find a corroded part in the box they sent him. Now we must wait for his 3rd visit and hope it will work. Very disappionted!
This TV is awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung DU7200D Crystal UHD TV (2024), and I’m really happy with it so far. The 4K picture quality is super clear and vibrant, and navigating through apps like Netflix and Disney+ is really smooth with the Tizen OS. It’s easy to use, and I like that it has built-in voice assistant support. It’s not perfect—like, it’s not the best for gaming or super bright rooms—but for everyday TV watching, it’s been great. Overall, it’s a great upgrade for the price, and I feel like I got a lot of value out of it.
Good Bedroom TV
Have owned this set for about 3-4 months and overall am pleased considering the price, however it will exit the Spectrum App unexpectedly at times. It has been great for the bedroom, but isn’t as fast when doing certain things or opening apps like the Spectrum app as I thought it would be.
Never again
The picture is good. The user interface is slow, cluttered, clumsy, and non intuitive. Multiple keystrokes required to do simple tasks. The remote is the worst I've seen. The center button is physically connected to the up, down, left, right arrows and has a high error rate. No button for device input, but there is Netflix and prime that I don't use. Other than the larger screen size, much worse than a 10 year old LG 42 inch TV that it replaced.

What a struggle!
We bought this tv six weeks ago for my aging father and the setup and controls are crazy. Samsung wants everything to be proprietary which makes it impossible to simplify for a significant senior citizen with less than optimal eyesight and hearing. We are struggling to get it to where he can watch it pretty much on his own and are threatening to return it soon to our place of purchase (Costco).
