Nice TV. But has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is so-so. Got Samsung sound Bar also. So audio if fine. But Blue tooth system sucks. I have a very close to a top of the line router. That is only about 15 feet away from TV. And the Samsung free TV channels always lock up or freezes. VERY poor Blue tooth setup on this TV. Not impressed at all. Our older LG "non smart TV" was better.

Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues: First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great picture terrible remote.

Great TV, easy to use. But hate the cellular remote! We have 3 tvs at home, 6 at a vacation rental, all Samsung. Only one has the cellular remote and it’s awful! Of course it’s our living room tv the One we use the most. Will not ever buy one that has this remote again!

Great TV, horrible Remote

I love this tv, the color is amazing it would be a perfect tv and I would have given it five stars but I couldn’t because the remote sucks I’ve never seen a remote so horrible you have to push the button two or three times and then it might work it’s terrible I’m going to try to find a replacement if possible if it wasn’t for the remote it would be perfect

Reliable tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv isn't the high version that everyone wants but it is still worth getting for a child or a college student. It has all the features a smart tv should have. The brightness of the screen is good but can be a little better. I do notice a small bleed between colors on the screen and not sure if that is normal. My future purchase is going to be an OLED version from Samsung so will make a review when I get that one.

Don't switch from Roku

I have been a Roku girlie for 10 years but then got gifted a larger Samsung tv. Samsung's interface is not as user friendly as Roku and definitely not as pretty. The home screen also aggressively pushes Samsung TV and their options - I don't care, I just want my apps. The remote is also limited given the app version of the remote has a worse UX and UI than the actual TV. The TV shows microphone capabilities but the remote does not have that function. I am giving this 3 out of 5 stars because at least the picture is decent and sound is fine. But otherwise, this TV is unnecessarily complicated.

Very smart big tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 75” tv is very smart and I can easily stream anything I want since I have cut my dependence on cable. Now I see what I want for much less money. The screen is crystal clear and fills my living room with a theatre like experience. I am a big fan of Samsung tvs and have never experienced any problems.

REVIEW

OVERALL...I LIKE THE TV. BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY PROVIDER WAS NOT LISTED (FRONTIER) AND I HAD TO PICK COX TO GET THE TV TO WORK. SO SEEING COX IS ANNOYING. MAIN SCREEN KEEPS CHANGING TO STUFF I NEVER WILL WATCH OR USE. MY SOUNDBAR WOULD NOT PAIR WITH THE TV. BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A SAMSUNG OR WHATEVER WAS LISTED. SETTINGS NAVIGATION IS DIFFICULT. SOMETIMES A MESSAGE WILL POP UP FOR NO REASON AND I HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHY. I CAN NEVER BE SPEEDY ENOUGH TO GET UP TO ACTUALLY SEE WHAT IT SAYS. WISH IT HAD VOICE COMMAND.

Ten outta ten this tv does it all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have is, that it doesn't have a power button on the TV itself. Other than that, the picture is crisp and sharp with vivid colors. The sound is incredible, it somehow manages to sound like your in a theater. Hands down the best TV I've owned. Highly recommend.

55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200D

This is my 4th Samsung TV. I am obviously a fan of their product. I purchased this TV for my large bedroom. It's not so big that it over takes the room. It is just the right size so that it is easy to read subtitles, etc. The quality of the picture, of course, is par excellence--it's a Samsung. I can't imagine ever buying any other brand. The picture is crisp and the colors vivid.

Not happy at all

When I bought this tv I was very disappointed with the multi function remote and it's abysmal instruction sheet. My Netflix account is set up through Roku so it would not let me sign in to Netflix ,because it did not support Roku. I really disliked that remote! It also has no audio outputs except for a USB port. I could not connect my soundbar to it. I have returned the tv to were I bought it.
