Don't buy

Crappy remote. Why no Mic? No access to mic. What was the reason? A basic feature that has been around for a very long time. Can be used with Alexa, oh goody. A device that gets things wrong a large percentage of the time and conversations end with yelling, so yay, put two lacking devices together so a company can save a few pennies. Also nothing intuitive about this interface, regret purchase is a challenge everyday.

However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants. We also understand there can be a learning curve when you get a new TV! This is why we have built a guide built into the TV that teaches you how to use your remote. You can learn how to use your Samsung Remote by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. If you need assistance connecting your external Alexa device or if there’s anything we can ever help with, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Fantastic TV with easy, fast setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this tv to replace a 10+ year old 1st generation Samsung smart TV that stll worked perfectly but was not able to download new streaming apps. (We finally cut the cord!) The setup of my new DU7200D was totally seamless. The easiest tv I have ever set up. It even connected automatically to my 8 year old Samsung soundbar. Total time to unbox, setup, register, and connect to 4 streaming apps was less than 20 minutes. This tv is in our bedroom and the 43" size is perfect. Picture quality is fantastic. Good light balancing when room is dark or with all the lights on. Colors are vivid and natural and the blacks are black. Love the connectivity availability with my Samsung smart phone. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great value.

Love all Samsung products.

My guests are always able to sign into their apps. Samsung all the way with me including my phone, tablet, washer & dryer! ❤️

Good value

Needed an inexpensive larger TV for our bedroom so I would be able to read the captions and this TV worked well. The only thing that would be better is the stand. Instead of the stands being at the edge of TV, prefer a stand at the center so it's easier to place on our dresser. But for the size and price, this will have to do for now.

43” Samsung tv

We replaced our older tv because it was not a smart tv. We have a Samsung smart tv in another room and have been very pleased with it’s performance so when we decided to replace the older tv we decided to get another Samsung. I do not want to get more emails. Please!

I looooove samsung

Size

We own several Samsung TV sets. Unfortunately, the build quality of this set is not what I am accustomed to in a Samsung TV. The 45" Samsung set we bought in 2008 and replaced with this one has better picture quality. The colors look washed out, the sound level is stuck at 15, and can be neither raised or lowered. And the flimsy back covering makes the set appear cheap. The price is great for a set this large, but build quality was substantially compromised.

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. Enjoyed my Samsung

Great clarity and great sound. Easy to set up, Unfortunately tvs last June eliminated some ports and I had to buy new headphones. More unfortunately I accidentally knocked over the tv and now need to buy a new one less than a year later. Screen damaged

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is used in my living room. Great picture. Color is amazing. Just set up so not familiar with all the features. Can't wait to try the gaming it looks amazing with the dynamics and color. Will have to take down though have learned not to put a tv up again till trying on floor first. Has an huge oblong mark looks like a puddle within the bottom of the screen. Can't wait to try all the features. Quick to turn on and set up.

REVIEW

OVERALL...I LIKE THE TV. BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY PROVIDER WAS NOT LISTED (FRONTIER) AND I HAD TO PICK COX TO GET THE TV TO WORK. SO SEEING COX IS ANNOYING. MAIN SCREEN KEEPS CHANGING TO STUFF I NEVER WILL WATCH OR USE. MY SOUNDBAR WOULD NOT PAIR WITH THE TV. BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A SAMSUNG OR WHATEVER WAS LISTED. SETTINGS NAVIGATION IS DIFFICULT. SOMETIMES A MESSAGE WILL POP UP FOR NO REASON AND I HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHY. I CAN NEVER BE SPEEDY ENOUGH TO GET UP TO ACTUALLY SEE WHAT IT SAYS. WISH IT HAD VOICE COMMAND.
