My husband tells me almost every day that the heat is amazing and it’s the best razor he’s ever used. He absolutely loves it. He’s had it for 3 months and still thanks me daily for buying this for him. What he doesn’t know is I bought it more for me because I love his soft face when he uses it.

I have purchased four heated razors--two for me and one for my brother and a friend. All have failed in less than two years. The shave is great, because the razor has two heat settings. The highest setting fails first and the lower setting will continue for months until it stops charging. While I hate shaving, this is best product I've found to accomplish the task, but it would be nice to know if the razor is meant to be disposed when it begins failing or if there a logical explanation or a possible fix to resolve it.

I bought this one month ago after multiple uses once per day for 5 days per week the heat in the razor has lost its heat factor I tried switching the different modes but nothing I don’t think they intended it for everyday use. Maybe mine is defective ..? For the amount of money it costs I think the product should be better and last longer

I purchased this heated razor. It lasted a month then would not charge, flashed very fast. I contacted the Company and they did nothing for me. I returned to to where I bout it and get a replacement from them. It did the same thing, worked for a month then stopped charging. I did that one more time. it did the same thing. Stopped charging after a month. No one would help me at that point and I had to throw it away and go back to my standard razor. I like the concept of a hot shave. Just wish they would sell a razor that actually worked.

I just received innovative concoction. I thought it was going to be just a stupid ego driven purchase- you to always have the best. I have shaved with hammacher schlemmer shaver pretty good. Then back to a blade with pre shave oil, much better. (It was a Gillette skin guard). Now the absolute best to the Gillette Labs heated blade with pre shave oil. It is hands down the closest and irritation free shave I ever had. Well worth the money! I would like to see a skin guard blade made to see how that preforms. (Food for thought Labs team - the old subtraction method of product development). Anyways, spend the money on this razor only thing f you truly want the absolute best shave!!!!

tried one out... got the shave i expected from a multi-blade Gillette. the whole heat bar concept is just hype though. The working concept behind a hot towel shave is to steam the beard for a minute before the shave, softening the hair, not just to be pleasant. The little electronic heater in these razors isn't going to do that.

I’ve had mine for a year now. It is better than a regular razor but it doesn’t have one flaw. A bar below the blades heat up, the blades do not heat up. The blades should heat up unattended of the bar. That would be much better. I bet it would shave through the hair better too if the blades heated up instead of the bar. Other than that this is still better than a normal fusion razor.

I purchased the razor in early November 2019. I use it daily and have a heavy beard so I have used many razors looking for the one that best works for me. From high end electrics to cheap disposables. Though the price at first gave me hesitation.... I went ahead and purchased it. I have never regretted it ! Take your time shaving to allow the heat to perform, use a good cream and shaving brush and you get a very clean and comfortable shave ! Now for the most important thing for me ..... two weeks past the one year warranty the heating part quit working :( I called Gillette service and they were fantastic !!! I received a email from them to confirm the date of purchase, they then emailed a postage page label for the the broken razor to be returned to Gillette. I received a email when they got the razor and then they shipped a brand new, complete razor to me ! It confirmed for me again how great Gillette is a providing a great product with equally great customer service !!

I gotta tell you I’ve shaved with double edge blades, single edge, regular cartridge, disposables, and electric and this heated razor is by far the best, closest, smoothest most comfortable and enjoyable shave I have ever had. Knocked or out of the park Gillette. Great stuff!

Got this razor for Christmas. I have been using this razor for almost 3 months. This is absolutely the best, comfortable razor I have ever owned. I just love the heat factor the razor gives out, plus the smoothest shave I ever had. If your in the market for a razor, buy this one, it is absolutely the best. Thank you Gillette-------
