Stupid, Pointless Waste or Money

This does nothing special, other that require an extra outlet near your sink. It shaves no better than a Harry’s razor and the refills are outrageous. If you want your blade warm, just run it under hot water. Dumbest thing I ever got as a gift.

0 stars-Battery goes bad

The battery goes bad in this thing after about a year and gillette will do nothing for you. This thing is a waste of money anyways. That heating element doesnt make it worth a penny.

High end product

I always wanted a heated razor as a hot towel shave is rare. This product fulfilled my goal and I finally have reached shaving nirvana. Gillette’s razors provide a solid shave but the heat bar is why this shaver is the very best Gillette can make. I use the travel case and I keep the shaver in it when dry and not in use and I charge it.

Poor Quality and Longevity

I am on my third Heated Razor in less than 5 years. All 3 have failed for the same reason, which is the razor won't turn on. Luckily, I was able to get the first replaced via my credit card's extended warranty and the second replaced under Gillette's warranty. The intent of the product makes sense and I did like using it. However, the quality and longevity of the product is poor and I wouldn't recommend the heated razor.

Smooth as Silk

I must say, I bought this for my husband and he was skeptical about it that he didn't use it right away (6 months later). And now, he can't stop talking about how smooth his face feels the entire day. He wishes he would have used this sooner and not have waited so long. I must say, I definitely love how his face feels and looks (no razor bumps or redness) now that he uses the heated razor.

I’ve had two and both broke.....terrible razor

Don’t waste your $$$$ on this way overpriced product. First one blade ejected broke and returned. After days they finally sent me a new one. Same thing happened on the second. Okay, it still worked but then the charger quite. Blades cost a fortune. Also, when returned I had to give them the serial #. So small even with magnifying glass couldn’t read.

If your charger is no longer working, we suggest plugging it into a different outlet to see if that does the trick. Great while it lasted

The combination of heat and the superior razor blades made this a great product while it lasted. The battery stopped accepting a charge and the handle was flashing an error after 8 months. I expected a razor at this price point to last significantly longer.

Very disappointed!

I bought this Razor 3 weeks ago and it's been horrible. The heating feature is ok but overall the razor has it's flaws. First for the price it should have an electric option like the Proglide power razor. Second, you only get 8 minutes of heat then you need to recharge it for an hour. After a few shaves my hairs have become so course that I had to stop using this razor. Anyway, I'm very disappointed with it and going back to the pro glide power.
