When you've been using the same razor for over 2-years we can understand how alarming it can be when it doesn't function like you know and love. If you have not done so already, ensure the base is plugged in the correct way all the way as it may have come undone. BLADES ARE DULL & WAAAAYYYY TO EXPENSIVE. Gillette NEEDS TO DO A LOT BETTER JOB.
