I was intrigued by this new Gilette product so I ordered it . I love a hot shave at the barbers and this new razor is really innovative and effective. Very good design and it really makes me feel like I am at the barber getting a hot shave

The battery goes bad in this thing after about a year and gillette will do nothing for you. This thing is a waste of money anyways. That heating element doesnt make it worth a penny.

The idea of a heated razor is good but the shave is not as close as regular razor.
