Our heated razors go through many quality checks to ensure it gets to you with the best results. Prior to first use, the razor needs to be activated via the charging dock; otherwise, it cannot be switched on. To activate the razor, plug in the charging dock and place the razor on the charging dock. When the handle sits properly in the charging dock, the product is held upright, and charging will start automatically. The regular white pulsing of the charging and dock indicators confirms this. Prior to first use, it is recommended to charge the razor for at least 1 hour. A full charge takes about 6 hours and provides about 15-18 minutes of heat. All indicators turn off when fully charged or when the handle is taken off the charging dock. So we can help you get back to your best shave, please call us at (800) 445-5388 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
