Great razor for 1 year after that a waste of money

Bought this razor had it for 13 months. The 13th month the charging feature no longer works and is no longer under warranty. Stay clear and buy a cheaper razor.

Love this Razor + Great customer service

I purchased this razor about a year ago and the internal battery went bad. I called up Gillette and they sent me a brand new one at no cost. I really like the heated blade and makes shaving much more enjoyable.

Great razor but....

Bought this razor 5 months ago and the arms that hold the blade have broken off. Not sure if its a design flaw but at the price point, I expected a little more durability.

Failed

After about one month of use the unit has failed. When i turn it on it flashes rapidly, and shuts off after a few seconds. This was the second one that I purchased. The first one has been working flawlessly for over two months.

Great shave

I have used my razor about a week. It took me a day or two, but I love this thing. There is something about a warm shave that feels great. I cannot believe how fast it heats up.

Good while it lasted

Stopped working after about 18 months. Just flashes orange when I try to turn it on. Warranty is only 12 months. Product should be a little more robust for the price.

It was good while it lasted, which is less than 4 months. At this price point, you’d hope to get at least one or two years.

Not Ready

I had it for less than 4 months and it was repalced twice. Flashing "Orange" error and both units. I will wait for the next generation.
