I love this razor. I would of given it a 5 star if you can change the battery when you cannot charge the battery anymore you have to throw out the razor.

I have always had such a hard time shaving since I was a teenager, always getting red bumps and skin irritation but since I got this razor I have not had one bump or redness! Absolutely love this product I think everyone should own one!

Felt so good on a cold winter morning. Loved everything about it. However, after 2 years it no longer held a charge. So keep that in mind when you go to balance price/usage.

I had been using the razor that lightes and vibrates with Great satisfaction. I’m surprised that the new heated razor, just used for the first time, didn’t include those two features.

Bought this razor 5 months ago and the arms that hold the blade have broken off. Not sure if its a design flaw but at the price point, I expected a little more durability.

The rechargeable battery does not last and can’t be replaced. After 2 years I am basically left with a standard razor. When it worked it was a great product
