Don't fly unless you want it to quit working

Received this as a xmas gift. After going on a commercial flight the razor no longer works. the power button is permanently depressed. Very disappointed how quickly if faulted. Was the an excellent razor when it actually worked.

Bad for Sensitive Skin

This razor will have minimal impact on your shave if you are already running your razor under hot water between each stroke. I found a much better shave with the skin guard razors. cool idea but definitely not worth the money.

It has 5 blades with anti-friction technology and a 6 blade called the "precision trimmer" on back which is designed for edging sideburns and getting into tough to reach areas. There are two heat setting in the razor. Low goes to 45°C/109°F and high is 50°C/122°F. Depending on how hot a shower you take you may have to go with the hotter setting. Best of the Best!

I’ve been using my new HEATED RAZOR and it’s amazing. The razor heats up instantly, easy to charge, long life battery! The razor feels great on the face and very smooth, precise shave! It’s worth the investment!

Probably the best shave ever

I just had my first shave with this razor. While I was hesitant to spend the money, after this shave I think it’s worth it. The heat is awesome and the blades are sharp. I only shave a few times a week so this will be my long term razor!

Waste with return authorization number after only

I love the razor while it lasted. Which was only 3 months. I am writing this because gillette has failed to respond to my r.m.a. request. Also I purchased 2 of the razors

Great razor for 1 year after that a waste of money

Bought this razor had it for 13 months. The 13th month the charging feature no longer works and is no longer under warranty. Stay clear and buy a cheaper razor.

Good but could be better

I don’t understand why they didn’t heat the actual blades instead of a metal bar below the blades. Doesn’t make much sense, because if you heated the blades it would shave hair way better. Seems like someone wasn’t thinking. But I still use it.

Won’t work anymore

I bought the razor about a month ago and it took extremely long time to arrive once it arrived I’ve used it twice now all it does is flash and won’t heat up

You will want to make sure the razor is fully charged to start. When turning the razor on you will see an orange or yellow light begin to blink. That light indicates that the razor is heating. Not heating anymore!!!

I really loved the product. Unfortunately, after already returning one device, this heater broke down after a bit more than a year. I am not expecting myself to buy a new one every time, so please, tell me what to do...
