Gillette user for over 70 years. This razor did not work out for me. I could not get a clean save with it and have returned to my powered pro glide razor.

Have had the razor for just under two years and the rechargable battery will no longer charge. Cost is way too high for less than two years of service.

After about one month of use the unit has failed. When i turn it on it flashes rapidly, and shuts off after a few seconds. This was the second one that I purchased. The first one has been working flawlessly for over two months.

My wife bought this for me as a birthday present and I am so happy with it. Couldn’t wait to charge it and get it going. Close and comfortable shave. Best present she could have bought for me.

Very skeptical about buying cause of the price, waited a long time to finally make the move. Wish I didn’t wait, don’t think I could ever go back to a normal blade. Love it

You feel the heat but the heat is not in the blades which would cut hair better. The heat comes from a smooth metal bar away from the blades. Makes no sense. The blades should heat up, not a metal bar away from the blades.

…for a second location far away. Only problem is replacement blades will need to be carried there, and I miss the vibration offered by another Gillette razor.

I used gillette products exclusively for 30 years until the company’s masculine toxicity campaign was introduced. I was so highly offended that I no longer use their products

I love this razor. I would of given it a 5 star if you can change the battery when you cannot charge the battery anymore you have to throw out the razor.

I don’t understand why they didn’t heat the actual blades instead of a metal bar below the blades. Doesn’t make much sense, because if you heated the blades it would shave hair way better. Seems like someone wasn’t thinking. But I still use it.
