I actually look forward to using this razor every morning. It delivers everything it promised. It holds a nice long charge, and the base is so nice I am able to leave it out on the bathroom counter. Got the razor and first time using it I was like wow. It feels weird but nice. I would recommend starting on the lowest heat setting first I went woah when I tried the high setting. Do you get a better shave? I really don’t know I only used it a few times. Feels nice

I bought this super expensive razor three months ago and have been totally unsuccessful in being able to secure replacement blades. For a premium product this is outrageously poor service. I am still awaiting any refill blades.
