I’ve had two and both broke.....terrible razor

Don’t waste your $$$$ on this way overpriced product. First one blade ejected broke and returned. After days they finally sent me a new one. Same thing happened on the second. Okay, it still worked but then the charger quite. Blades cost a fortune. Also, when returned I had to give them the serial #. So small even with magnifying glass couldn’t read.

Whether it be your first or fifth Heated Razor, we'd expect them all to last at least 3-5 years that vary based on care and usage habits. If your charger is no longer working, we suggest plugging it into a different outlet to see if that does the trick. High end product

I always wanted a heated razor as a hot towel shave is rare. This product fulfilled my goal and I finally have reached shaving nirvana. Gillette’s razors provide a solid shave but the heat bar is why this shaver is the very best Gillette can make. I use the travel case and I keep the shaver in it when dry and not in use and I charge it.

Poor Quality and Longevity

I am on my third Heated Razor in less than 5 years. All 3 have failed for the same reason, which is the razor won't turn on. Luckily, I was able to get the first replaced via my credit card's extended warranty and the second replaced under Gillette's warranty. The intent of the product makes sense and I did like using it. However, the quality and longevity of the product is poor and I wouldn't recommend the heated razor.

Best razor I’ve ever owned

Bought this 6 weeks ago, love it, not just for the heat but it gives me a great clean shave, I love shaving again, I hesitated for a month because of cost, but thought I’d chance it, glad I did. I agree the cost makes this not for everyone, pricey for my budget too but I decided to treat myself on my birthday.

Won’t work anymore

I bought the razor about a month ago and it took extremely long time to arrive once it arrived I’ve used it twice now all it does is flash and won’t heat up

The Heated Razor is a one of a kind product and we want you to have a unique experience shave after shave. We expect every one of our products to live up to our Gillette standards. You will want to make sure the razor is fully charged to start. When turning the razor on you will see an orange or yellow light begin to blink. That light indicates that the razor is heating. Failed

After about one month of use the unit has failed. When i turn it on it flashes rapidly, and shuts off after a few seconds. This was the second one that I purchased. The first one has been working flawlessly for over two months.

Garbage Battery

Brand new,I could get around six shaves on a full charge. Around two,two and a half years later….i get a little over six minutes on a full charge. My first and last heated razor,at least from Gillette.

GREAT HEATED SHAVE

I love this razor. I would of given it a 5 star if you can change the battery when you cannot charge the battery anymore you have to throw out the razor.
