Would It Be Too Much To Ask...

Would it be too much to ask for a combination of the new Heated Razor AND an option for vibrating? As I now enjoy this amazing new version, I have realized how much I miss the vibrating feeling as well... and the clear, clean shave it provides!! Mr. Roboto at GilletteLabs, PLEASE tell me that these are on the pipeline!! (take my money, please non-cookie cutter responder!)

Pointless and too expensive

It's not the best shave you'll get and the heat does nothing for the shave. I know they will answer this with the same replay it's barber's shop experience blah blah. Well it's not. It's better to use Gillette Fusion, WIkinson or whatever because you'll get a better shave form much less money. And that is the truth. What we want is the best shave with the fewest skin irritation and this product simply does not provide that. And please don't start with that boring obsessive compulsion disorder storyabout the barber's shop experience .

Faulty product

I bought this product a month ago - was happy initially but today suddenly a metal wire popped out the shaver and it hurt me on face while shaving. Didn't notice earlier what is going on - thought the blades got bad but when look closely a metal wire is out there and it hurts. Not expecting this as paid a high $$ amount for the heated razor. Disappointed.

Terrible razor and even worst customer service

Worked fine before it broke. Then have been on a 6 month return fiasco with Gillette. By far the worst customer service. I file a warranty claim that took at least 3 weeks and probably 15 emails. Finally they sent me a return box to send my razor in. This was 4 months ago and I have received nothing. Have had multiple calls with customer service and they apologized but in the end solved nothing. They said wow your case is amazing how many emails and calls. So now after 2 more calls no solution except we will look into it. Meanwhile they still are sending me blades at a huge cost and won’t let me return. All this bs over a 100 dollar razor. I said can’t you just send me a new one. And of course the answer is no. Not sure how they stay in business. These big companies don’t at all care about the consumer.

Good

I bought the Gillette Heated Razor in January 2020 and it has performed flawlessly ever since. The Gillette Heated Razor razor blades are extremely strong, I started shaving with the originally installed razor blade on a daily basis in January 2020 and only had to replace the same razor blade after 21 months of continuous use.

Disappointed with the quality

Just got this a week ago and I was super excited to try this as I have used nothing but Gillette since I started shaving. Simply put the experience was not what I had expected Most of the times the heating bar barely makes contact with my skin and when it does it just didn’t feel natural. I much prefer the vibration and wish they had incorporated that into the design

Simply the Best

I received this razor today and all I can say is that I am impressed. They did a great job with this razor and you can feel the warming bar heat up your face. I am really glad that I bought the razor and plan on using until they come out with the next big thing. Oh, I switched from another razor mail company and should have along time ago.

It works for a year only

I bought my Heated Razor in November/2019 and in December it was not working - basically it indicated it was heating when in fact didn't heat. Then, I went to the store and they exchanged immediately. After 15 months, all of sudden, the Heated Razor has stopped working - charging and heating indicators alternately blink orange and turns off.

can no longer be charged

I got this razor for Christmas in December 2022. I was very happy but now it hasn't charged for months. When I place it on the charging station it shows course light and that's it. For the price I have to say I would have expected it to last a long time. I'm just very disappointed

Major defect stops charging in under a year of use

I bought this 9 months ago and the razor stopped charging (a common occurrence if you read the reviews. They sent a replacement but that one also stopped charging after 6 months and now it’s not under warranty. I’m sure Gillette is aware of the problem but sells defective razors anyway. Surprised no one has started a class action lawsuit.
