Would it be too much to ask for a combination of the new Heated Razor AND an option for vibrating? As I now enjoy this amazing new version, I have realized how much I miss the vibrating feeling as well... and the clear, clean shave it provides!! Mr. Roboto at GilletteLabs, PLEASE tell me that these are on the pipeline!! (take my money, please non-cookie cutter responder!)

I have had my Heated razor for over 18 months. It no longer works as I cannot not get it to heat any longer. So I would not recomend purchasing. The concept is good and while it worked it was great. This is not built to last and we are paying a premuim for the razor and a very high price for blades.

I must say, I bought this for my husband and he was skeptical about it that he didn't use it right away (6 months later). And now, he can't stop talking about how smooth his face feels the entire day. He wishes he would have used this sooner and not have waited so long. I must say, I definitely love how his face feels and looks (no razor bumps or redness) now that he uses the heated razor.

Owned this razor for a while. Never replaced. Works great now as when I first got it. The heat makes such a smooth shave if used properly. Truly, their are people that don't know to do a proper shave. I can tell by the several reviews I've read. The battery still holds a charge very well. I think it's the best razor on the market. The time I bought the razor it was 150 and I've got my moneys worth.

I received this razor for Christmas. It failed on the second charge. This also happened to my son who received it as a gift. After a month of sending barely legible numbers from the handle, the company has declared it out of warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I am on my third Heated Razor in less than 5 years. All 3 have failed for the same reason, which is the razor won't turn on. Luckily, I was able to get the first replaced via my credit card's extended warranty and the second replaced under Gillette's warranty. The intent of the product makes sense and I did like using it. However, the quality and longevity of the product is poor and I wouldn't recommend the heated razor.

Got this as a gift and it's easily the best razor one could have. PROS: * The heating strip makes this feel like a barbershop shave without the barbershop price or hassle. * The thick, heavy handle feels durable and is a good fit for a man's hand. * The wireless charger is exceptionally well-designed and maximizes counter space. CONS: * The packaging is worthy of ZERO STARS. With the knowledge of how waste impacts the planet, it's a very poor choice to have so much packing material for a small item. * The option of a vibrating handle would be nice. * The cartridge refills are too expensive. It would have been easy to have this razor use the Fusion cartridges.

Bought it last week from the art of shaving. Could not wait to use it. I was not disappointed when I did. When I returned home, I immediately put it on charge. Once it was charged up, I put it to use. I was amazed at how well it worked and how incredible it felt. Absolutely loved it!! Now... Let's see the cookie cutter response from Gillette to my review. Every response they've made has been off mark, and not applicable to said review. Very odd, it seems like it's a bot responding to the reviews, which is truly sad.

It heats up quickly and the Flex-ball is good. With this price (discount ineligible), it should have included the Power Vibration feature because it does not provide as close a shave as the powered razors. The (expensive) blade on the back is also not as effective as the regular razors as I sometimes get cuts when I use it. It should have included a USB-C recharging port or case for traveling. I am not sure if I will use this past the winter if it lasts that long.

I purchased this heated razor about a week ago from Art of Shaving. Razors I have used in the past have never shaved me as this heated razor had been able to accomplish. This by far is a superior product that leaves my face clean shaven without any stubble. It it you such a close shave and the added heating bar helps to accomplish this along the way. It is well worth the added expense.
