Good

I bought the Gillette Heated Razor in January 2020 and it has performed flawlessly ever since. The Gillette Heated Razor razor blades are extremely strong, I started shaving with the originally installed razor blade on a daily basis in January 2020 and only had to replace the same razor blade after 21 months of continuous use.

Disappointed with the quality

Just got this a week ago and I was super excited to try this as I have used nothing but Gillette since I started shaving. Simply put the experience was not what I had expected Most of the times the heating bar barely makes contact with my skin and when it does it just didn’t feel natural. I much prefer the vibration and wish they had incorporated that into the design

The Grip is Horrible!!!!

I’ve been using this for about a year now and the shave is good but if your hands get wet or you get shaving cream on your hand it’s flying all over the place. I mostly use it to shave my head. When this thing finally craps out I would not buy another.

Broke apart in a little over a year

I bought this razor about 18 months ago, and the prongs and cover holding the blades in place and button to eject the blades completely broke apart, rendering the razor useless. Unlike the far cheaper exfoliating razor which comes with a lifetime warranty, this overpriced product's warranty is limited to one year. A razor at this price tag should not fall apart so quickly--extremely disappointed

Great product

I brought this a month ago for a birthday gift for my disabled son. My son doesn’t have the ability to shave himself, therefore I am the one who shaved him. My son has sensitive skin and usually gets bumps, which usually bleeds. After using this razor there are no bumps nor bleeding. I highly recommend this product.

Affordable luxury

I decided to make shaving enjoyable rather than a mindless chore. So I experiment with different shaving soaps and enjoy using a heavy, fancy shaving brush to apply it rather than just smearing shaving cream. The heated razor just adds to the overall experience very nicely. I can’t use a straight edge because of blood thinners, but this gets me something unique. I actually kind of look forward to shaving now. Sure, you can obviously shave a lot cheaper, but for a little money it can be a very pleasant experience. Glad I upgraded my shaving life.

Doesn’t hold heat after being used

I bought this one month ago after multiple uses once per day for 5 days per week the heat in the razor has lost its heat factor I tried switching the different modes but nothing I don’t think they intended it for everyday use. Maybe mine is defective ..? For the amount of money it costs I think the product should be better and last longer

Shavetastic

Best shave I have ever had. I have been shaving for over 20 years and Gillette absolutely makes the best razors but this combination is unbelievable. Gillette has out done there self. It feels as if the razor melts though the hair no matter where. The blades do heat up quite hot but even on the hottest setting it won't burn. Absolutely fantastic except the price. Its the only thing I could mark down.

Gillette line-up

I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME USER OF THE GILLETTE LINE-UP. I JUST TRANSITIONED OVER TO THE GILLETTE HEATED RAZOR . I'M GONNA GIVE 4 STARS BECAUSE I HAVENT USED THE RAZOR YET. I GOT IT MAINLY FOR TRAVEL. ILL GIVE A UPDATE SOON. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WITH THE GILLETTE LINE -UP. KEEP IN MIND IF YOU EVER NEED A TESTER IM YOUR MAN! LOL

Not worth the money

I bought this months ago while I was deployed in Poland it worked great at first until it didn’t, the head of the razor gets rusted if I keep in the travel charging case I didn’t notice until I was done shaving one day and the razor it self got some white stuff on it like water damage that won’t come off
