I purchased this heated razor about a week ago from Art of Shaving. Razors I have used in the past have never shaved me as this heated razor had been able to accomplish. This by far is a superior product that leaves my face clean shaven without any stubble. It it you such a close shave and the added heating bar helps to accomplish this along the way. It is well worth the added expense.

Just got this a week ago and I was super excited to try this as I have used nothing but Gillette since I started shaving. Simply put the experience was not what I had expected Most of the times the heating bar barely makes contact with my skin and when it does it just didn’t feel natural. I much prefer the vibration and wish they had incorporated that into the design

I bought my Heated Razor in November/2019 and in December it was not working - basically it indicated it was heating when in fact didn't heat. Then, I went to the store and they exchanged immediately. After 15 months, all of sudden, the Heated Razor has stopped working - charging and heating indicators alternately blink orange and turns off.

I received this razor for Christmas. I am glad I did. Great razor with a smooth shave. My only complaint would be the handle where the on/off switch is located. When you hold the razor in your hand the power turns off. Other than that great razor, smooth shave.

Bought it last week from the art of shaving. Could not wait to use it. I was not disappointed when I did. When I returned home, I immediately put it on charge. Once it was charged up, I put it to use. I was amazed at how well it worked and how incredible it felt. Absolutely loved it!! Now... Let's see the cookie cutter response from Gillette to my review. Every response they've made has been off mark, and not applicable to said review. Very odd, it seems like it's a bot responding to the reviews, which is truly sad.

I bought the Gillette Heated Razor in January 2020 and it has performed flawlessly ever since. The Gillette Heated Razor razor blades are extremely strong, I started shaving with the originally installed razor blade on a daily basis in January 2020 and only had to replace the same razor blade after 21 months of continuous use.

I’ve been using this Heated Razor for a couple of years. Love it. I can’t imaging going back to a regular razor. Love the warmth. The only thing they should improve is they should heat up the blades instead of just the warming bar that is away from the blades. I think heating the blades would cut the beard hair easier too.

Fantastic shave. Best product for shaving that I have used.
