We had a brand new GE which didn't work out of the box and warranty took over two months to finally say we get a refund. Used the $$ to purchase this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 11/2023 & working great. It is easy to set up with sync feature on my phone. Let's me lock oven to keep small kids from accessing. It let's me know when it is on in case I forget to turn off burner/oven. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this stove in the process of updating our kitchen appliances. Delivery was great and the stove was exactly what we were looking for. The glass top and stainless steel trim match the other updated appliances in the kitchen. The stove top holds temperature well and the oven preheats quickly. The addition of WiFi was a nice touch, as you are able to control the stove as well as receive updates when the timer goes off or the stove is done preheating. I am very happy with the purchase.

The stove looks nice, has a storage drawer instead of a broiler, and the price was right. This was delivered on 9 Sept 2023, I used it for the first time on 10 Sept. 2023. There's no oven light, and the settings are hard to read. The print should be a bit brighter. I have to turn on my microwave light to read the settings. I don't use a phone to control my stove, and the instruction manual concentrated on that. So, three strikes against this -- no oven light, hard to read settings, no easy-to-read manual (like in the old days). I am age 76, and don't need all the "Smart" stuff. Just a good stove to cook on.

It really does boil water much faster. I also enjoy the smart features such as getting notifications on my phone that preheating and cook time has completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first ever sleek, futuristic if you will, range that we got and we are in love with it. Our previous oven that we had was an electric stove with the coils the thing was ugly as sin compared to this beauty. The smooth stainless steel finish with the black glass top is very pleasing to look at as well as the beautiful spacious dark blue inside of the oven. The control display is very easy to use with the light blue LEDs and the buttons are easy to use, and the knobs make it easy to set the intensity of the burners as well as allowing to turn on the inside burner ring as well as the outside ring for the main 2 front burners. My wife was really amazed that the rapid boil feature, which by far is our favorite feature of the range, worked just as advertised and boiled water very quickly. We haven't had a chance to use self clean or steam clean feature yet since the range is still new and shiny. My wife also loves the fact that it has 2 big main burners for cooking since our last one only had one big one. We also haven't had the chance to try the WiFi connectivity feature to control the range when not at home but are excited to try it out soon. All in all this range is amazing, we love using it everyday since cooking with the preset buttons is a breeze and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an electric range.

It heats up water very quickly which makes is much great when you need to warm something up in a short amount of time. I also love the different levels of the cooktop ..you can heat up just the center or the whole plate. The food cooks great inside as well and with the self cleaning that will come in handy during the holidays. It is also easy to clean and with the fingerprint resistant you can wipe and go and it looks great.

The oven auto-locks if over 400 degrees for some reason. I have played with the child locks to be sure they are off. I have numerous dinners held hostage by the oven while it cools down to a respectable temp or have been unable to put said dinner in as pre-heating locks the thing. If I could rip the lock out I would.

Sleek lines and a brilliant finish make it the centerpiece of a modern and well equipped kitchen. The controls are intuitive and easy to use with spot on heat control that makes cooking a breeze. Clean up is also a breeze and afterwards the beautiful shine returns. I really like the 2 adjustable dual ring burners that make cooking with smaller pots safer and more efficient and the large oven that can accommodate 2 cookie sheets or baking dishes on the same rack at the same time. Did I mention you can adjust the oven with your phone? I can't believe I have a WiFi stove...lol. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi app does not work at the moment, but I'm sure there will be an update and fix soon. This range is an investment that will last many years and I'm very happy with my purchase.

We were thrilled to see that it included all Samsung appliances as we have had then before and loved them but very disappointed in the electric stove till we tried it. This stove is amazing in so many ways. You turn the burners on and it’s hot immediately, and full burners with no cold spots at all so cooking is even and flawless. Love our new stove and oven!
