Love my new Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Samsung oven! It heats quickly and cooks evenly, making baking and meals come out perfectly every time. The design is sleek, easy to use, and simple to clean. A great upgrade for my kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Good Modern Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Attractive, well designed and performs well. The temp controls for cooktop and oven work very well and timer features are easy to use. Has a large oven capacity that works well with large pots and trays. The smart WiFi feature is amazing. Also like the steam cleaning feature and the ability to pick different cleaning times (2,3 or 5 hrs). This range replaced my previous Samsung oven that was over 12 yrs old. Hope this one lasts as long.

Poor Decal Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product served its purpose wonderfully! However, I would not recommend this product due to the decals on the control panel wearing off within the year. Samsung didn't offer any resolution to this, so I needed to buy a new controller panel for a large price simply because the decals came off.

Oven heat causes enamel damage and trips circuit

Bought a home with this Samsung range in it. it had scratches in an odd design on the bottom that had rusted. Had a new electrical panel installed and new GFCI circuit to meet code along with Romex wiring. When running the self clean cycle, it tripped the cricuit twice, With a google lens search of the scratches, discovered that other had the same issue with the damage on the oven floor when running self clean or even just heating the oven to bake. The heating element under the oven floor is cracking the eneamel surface, So now we have a range that isn't that old that is non-functional. The comments are that Samsung refuses to acknowledge the problem or do anything about it. After the well known problems with the Samsung side by side refrigerators, I sure would not buy a Samsung

Hi Contented, Dependable operation and a durable oven interior are important to how your range supports your home, and we understand how concerning it is to notice unusual markings, changes over time, and interruptions like the unit losing power during use. Feedback like yours helps us enhance our products and overall customer experience. We truly value your business. Geraldine Samsung Care

My rating is related to Sam's Club directly. I brought this Samsung Electric Stove on 1/23/26 delivered on 1/31/26. on 2/1 my stove didn't work, 1 element came on the off nothing after that. My brand new stove didn't work. That's when my nightmare began (the stove was picked up finally today) I immediately called the number listed on Sam's Club app associated with this purchase, I made 16 phone calls, 4 emails replies to a " Supervisor" and 1 call from Sam's Club directly, a supervisor was supposed to contact me instead Heather had a teenager call me, this poor kid, I asked to speak to her supervisor, Heather didn't take kindly to being told that was inappropriate so she passed me to another supervisor Debra ( she was the only person that tried to help me). I was met with I called the wrong %23 I was actually told that the number listed on Sam's Club app associated with this purchase is wrong, I was told to call Samsung the told me to call Sam's Club directly since I just but it there and have never used it. i had an electrician come check my outlet (just in case) no problem, a Service technician was sent to check the stove, he verified that the stove was defective and he turned in a report and told me to call them so they can schedule for an exchange. That never happened. nothing happened until I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted the Attorney General's office, a consumer affairs here in Texas. two days later I get an email with a phone number to a company that's gonna pick it up and a tracking number. today 3/3/26 it was finally Picked up and my refund is pending. I saved up to buy this stove Im on a fixed income I was so excited when I got it I cried I was so happy. Sometimes a fuke happens with a product and as long as it's exchanged , the customer service is good and you get taken care of I would have been fine. Sam's Club had the opportunity to honor their warranty for this product written on the website. I didn't even get an apology. So it's been over a month without a way to cook in my home. The money that I paid in full, is sitting with them so I can't buy anything else until I get that refund. This is actually been the absolute worst experience with any store I have ever had. And I expected the best from Sam's Club. Not even an apology. I'm sure an exchange would have made everything alright. But no. Perfect. Example of something that could have been easily taken care of turned into a customer, having a horrific experience. And telling everybody about it, posting reviews everywhere she can calling, including the better business bureau and the state of texas.Attorney general's office. sam's Club you should do better.

Oven Temperature Varies by 100 Degrees

Oven Temperature Varies by 100 Degrees. Had two service calls within, and both said the oven works fine and is within specifications. Even the first repairman didn't know how to calibrate the oven temperature, which can vary (supposedly by up to 35 degrees). Mine is off by 100 degrees. Now, after two 'repair reviews, if I use my oven at all and bake something at 400 degrees, I set the temperature at 350 and watch it every 5-8 minutes on a separate oven thermometer to make sure it hasn't jumped up another 50 degrees. Attached are photos of my famous 7-layer bars - baked at 325 degrees before I knew I had to check in every 5-8 minutes. All other burned items have been discarded. The last repair person said I needed to preheat the oven and wait 20-30 minutes for it to stabilize. Seriously!!! So upsetting. I purchased this model only to replace my DEPENDABLE oven with a stainless steel version. So disappointing. Even when Samsung does contact you, every event takes weeks to coordinate. No more Samsung for me!

Ear-splitting timer song

Oven looks great! But every time the timer goes off or the oven finishes preheating it plays the shrillest, most annoying song you've ever heard, and the only way to turn it off is to turn off ALL sound. Why they assumed this is what everyone would want is beyond me. PLEASE patch this or something. It's awful. Also the blue lights used in the display are too bright. Makes it hard to read

Just try baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried to bake in my new Samsung oven, I preheated it to 350°. I always use an oven thermometer when I bake. When The tone indicated it had come to temperature. I opened the oven door and my oven thermometer was reading 450°. I have since learned through trial and error that if I set it for 324° and preheat it for one hour it will come to 350°. It shouldn't be this hard.
