This is the first oven/range I have ever used or owned without venting! I have set off smoke detectors over 50% of times used (baking, broiling, frying and using griddle)! WORST APPLIANCE EVER!!!! What were you thinking! It is like a fireplace without a chimney!

Oven looks great! But every time the timer goes off or the oven finishes preheating it plays the shrillest, most annoying song you've ever heard, and the only way to turn it off is to turn off ALL sound. Why they assumed this is what everyone would want is beyond me. PLEASE patch this or something. It's awful. Also the blue lights used in the display are too bright. Makes it hard to read

I purchased my range 6/15/25. The first thing that went out was the start button have to hit cancel several times to activate the start. On 1/16/26 my oven stopped working heat stays at 175. I contacted Samsung that day and after a week of getting the run around I received a call saying they're unable to find a repair tech for my area. Not sure what the out come will be but I'm definitely not a happy camper right now with no oven and not knowing when I will have one.

I bought this stove eight months ago and immediately I was a bit disappointed because it feels cheap tinny. I do like the big size of the interior oven space. But I think the temperature is in the oven and on the stove top cook a bit hot. It’s not the best oven for baking. I made brownies in a muffin tin and oddly two of the brownies in the middle, where doughy when the other brownies were done. I baked a cake and it cooked very unevenly. I now rotate all my bakers and this seems to help. I ordered an oven thermometer so I could see how accurate the oven is baking. The top stove burners also seem to cook hot. I rarely use over number four on the dial, except if I’m boiling water than I do hi. One odd thing that irritates me is the timers alarm, it plays a melody like a recorder. I wish you could turn it off or at least down. Also, oddly enough to turn it off, you have to hold the button for three seconds. It’s actually more like five seconds. And this is quite annoying. But I did figure out that if you just hit the oven light, it shuts off the timer, but then you have to remember to turn off the oven light, I don’t like that they don’t give you a manual with the stove when you buy it it’s all online and I don’t care about the smart phone use, it’s not some thing I use. I do like the delay start and Koch but with this oven cooking hot, I’m not super confident to use it till I see what the temp of the oven is. On Lowe’s website the reviews are really horrific. It really makes me wonder if this site is not showing all the bad reviews. I would not recommend buying this oven. It’s too much of a gamble it replaced a Kenmore that I loved and the only reason I had to get a new one after 15 years was the glass top cracked. This glass top on the Samsung is very difficult to keep clean. Any water spillage will make a mark that is very difficult to get off one of the places of getting this oven was that I got free delivery take away and electrical plug. Not a great deal if the oven malfunctions. Wish I would have bought something else!
