My rating is related to Sam's Club directly. I brought this Samsung Electric Stove on 1/23/26 delivered on 1/31/26. on 2/1 my stove didn't work, 1 element came on the off nothing after that. My brand new stove didn't work. That's when my nightmare began (the stove was picked up finally today) I immediately called the number listed on Sam's Club app associated with this purchase, I made 16 phone calls, 4 emails replies to a " Supervisor" and 1 call from Sam's Club directly, a supervisor was supposed to contact me instead Heather had a teenager call me, this poor kid, I asked to speak to her supervisor, Heather didn't take kindly to being told that was inappropriate so she passed me to another supervisor Debra ( she was the only person that tried to help me). I was met with I called the wrong %23 I was actually told that the number listed on Sam's Club app associated with this purchase is wrong, I was told to call Samsung the told me to call Sam's Club directly since I just but it there and have never used it. i had an electrician come check my outlet (just in case) no problem, a Service technician was sent to check the stove, he verified that the stove was defective and he turned in a report and told me to call them so they can schedule for an exchange. That never happened. nothing happened until I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted the Attorney General's office, a consumer affairs here in Texas. two days later I get an email with a phone number to a company that's gonna pick it up and a tracking number. today 3/3/26 it was finally Picked up and my refund is pending. I saved up to buy this stove Im on a fixed income I was so excited when I got it I cried I was so happy. Sometimes a fuke happens with a product and as long as it's exchanged , the customer service is good and you get taken care of I would have been fine. Sam's Club had the opportunity to honor their warranty for this product written on the website. I didn't even get an apology. So it's been over a month without a way to cook in my home. The money that I paid in full, is sitting with them so I can't buy anything else until I get that refund. This is actually been the absolute worst experience with any store I have ever had. And I expected the best from Sam's Club. Not even an apology. I'm sure an exchange would have made everything alright. But no. Perfect. Example of something that could have been easily taken care of turned into a customer, having a horrific experience. And telling everybody about it, posting reviews everywhere she can calling, including the better business bureau and the state of texas.Attorney general's office. sam's Club you should do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Rapid Boil™ & Self Clean ..Its a very nice range. Seems solid and well built. I've had the chance to use the stove top with the rapid boil and YES finally a stove that boils that water super fast!! The oven works great as well, heats up really fast and cooks at an even temperature. The drawer to hold the pans is kinda on the small side. I can only fit 2 flat sheet baking pans in it. I like the digital read out and knobs...the oven has a light little jingle after its done heating to its proper temperature as well. The only other downside for me...and it may not be for everyone is the app feature and connecting it to my phone. I have been unsuccessful so far in being able to figure that part out. Overall I recommend this range and have enjoyed having it so far! It does have the self clean mode but I haven't used it yet because its brand new, but I am looking forward to trying it out! EDIT: At this current time I have still not been able to access the app feature, it's very frustrating and I haven't used the self clean mode because its not dirty yet.

The controls are easy to use with spot on heat control that makes cooking and clean-up a breeze. The oven is spacious and just as easy to clean. This range is definitely worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this new samsung smart freestanding electric range and i have to say it is more than i expected. it has so many functions available right at your fingertips..the preset buttons have really been great & I like the option on the burner where you can use just the outside of the burner or the inside of the burner..that is so convenient when you have a small pot to use and only need the inside burner. and let me tell you that when it says "rapid boil" it does just that in a matter of minutes. also, with the option to connect to wifi on smartthings you can turn on or off the range before you arrive to start preparing your meal!! I haven't used the self cleaning yet because I haven't cooked that much in it but intend to soon..i love my new range and beyond thrilled that i was able to purchase it at a great price!!!!

Not only can you hook it up to the app but we have a Samsung Smart TV and an alert will pop up on it when the oven is ready. I’ve had gas my whole life so still getting used to this electric thing. I do really love the warming feature on the stovetop.

It’s sleek style with the black and stainless design compliments my mostly white kitchen. Following installation, it was easy to quickly connect my range to the Samsung SmartThings App on my phone. Living in Florida during rainy season the electricity is often going out due to passing thunderstorms. Resetting the clock is a sinch since I can sync the time to my phone’s time. Another great feature about the WiFi feature with this Samsung range is that I can be in the living room or any other room and activate my oven to pre-heat! No traipsing out to the kitchen in the middle of some task – just pull out my smartphone and voila! I can even turn on/off the oven light with my smartphone. Ideally, I would like the oven control panel to be backlit. I find the control panel difficult to read even with the white lettering on black background. Seeing the panel is fine using the above light on my existing vent hood, but I don’t always have that on. Another great feature of the oven this Samsung Electric Range – it will automatically switch to “Keep Warm” after a timed cook in the oven. I have utilized this feature more than a few times now. There are five stove top burners. Technically, you could say seven burners since the two nine-inch burners each have an option to be used as six-inch burners, depending on your need. I like that there is a warming center in the back row. The surface is spacious for cooking multiple pots and pans and the burners heat quickly and evenly. Clean-up of boil-overs, spills and splatters is easy and since I like my stove-top surface to shine, I purchased some specific cleaner with scrubbers to keep that look. I’ve downloaded the full user manual – you'll want to do that. The Simple User Manual that comes with the range upon delivery is limited. I think the full User Manual should be provided with this range. It’s a hassle to scan the QR code, try to find the manual; in the end I did a live chat and was provided the link to download it. For ease of cleaning the oven, I especially like the steam cleaning feature of just pouring 10 oz. of water into the bottom of the oven and pressing the “Steam Clean” button. Not every mess needs a deep-clean and this makes it a breeze. Overall, it’s an impressive appliance - look and functions.

With the the Samsung Smart range I can now set a time for the oven and walk away confident that my pizza will be perfect with the automatic stop feature. I should also mention the time saved by preheating the over from my phone. The range also has an amazingly fast water boiling feature. Everything about this range speaks convience, easy button layout, easy to clean stove top, and last but not least it looks great! I completely recommend this unit to everyone! Food I’ve been afraid to make for years such as my puff pastries and crème brûlée And quiche comes out absolutely perfect!! Let not forget the homemade lasagna that usually the hardest thing for me to cook evenly and let’s not forget about the mess it makes while cooking!! But that’s what’s amazing about this range Is no matter how big or small the mess the steam clean feature makes it a breeze to clean and no harsh chemicals to worry about your kids or animals being subjected to!!
