[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart range looks very attractive in my kitchen, much more than my old white range with visible coils. I love the modern, clean looking glasstop, no more ugly coils that collect food and cooking oil. I've never owned stainless steel before and was afraid this would be a finger-print magnet, but that is not the case, any hand smudge or fingerprints easily wipe off. Similarly the cooktop is pretty easy to clean too, all I use is a cloth with soap and water. To make cleaning even easier, the oven even has a steam cleaning feature. Setup with the SmartThings app was easy, all I had to do was scan the barcode on the front of the oven and boom, that was it, it was connected. Using the smart controls to set the oven temp is pretty cool, though you do still have to physically press the start button on the oven. My last range was not digital, so being able to use cook timers, see what the current temperature is, and having a light inside the oven has been a huge upgrade. Another feature I've grown to love is the rapid boil feature. I'm able to heat things up much faster on the stove top. Finally, the oven plays music when it reaches temperature or the cook time has finished and it will send notifications to your phone, which I found to be useful.

this is my second range. one week ago i got my first defective one. i now have the second one, its defective too! i spent over $1000.00 for a range i thought was going to be a good product. the first one had a error code specifying a signal malfunction, which needed replacement. the second ones firmware needed to be upgraded, per tech support. i'm returning it, too much trouble for a range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great stove ... easy to use especially for 1st time using electric stove ... kudos for the heads up to Parrot Owners regarding dangers in using oven first time ... means ALOT to all who love our feathered pets and who may not be aware if the many household dangers there are to birds!!

Owned this range for less than 18 months. Worked great then it didn't. Oven wouldn't light. Contacted Samsung. They wouldn't help us unless we had a repair man to do the work and were still going to make us pay. We ordered the part they were going to send to a "professional ". We are very capable of changing a safety valve. Also changed ignitor. New one worked for 3 months..same issue, igniter comes on, doesn't light. Bought another safety valve...same issue. Have to "thump" valve to open. Parts cost are adding up more than stove is worth.

Had to purchase expensive cleaning products and special sponges to try and keep it looking new. Very hard to clean. Like the smart features however DO NOT like that I cannot preheat the oven remotely.I Do like the large oven space . Has it's good and bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. This is an awesome range from Samsung. . It is so smart, has an app to manage it. Also many preset options to make cooking quick and easy. There is also a quick boil feature that boils water so fast, It is so convenient. All ranges should have this. I also love that I can cook multiple dishes at once in the large oven. Can't wait to use the air fry option. This oven does it all!! I also like the flat easy to clean top with ceramic burners. The bottom storage door is very convenient for extra pans you need close at hand. And the stainless steel look is handsome in our kitchen. I highly recommend this unit with its great features. I haven't used the self clean yet but love that i will not need to use stinky chemical cleaners.

The ability to operate the oven away from home or be alerted when away if in use is amazing. I bake cheesecakes all the time and the ability to preheat my oven for when I get home is a time saver. Defiantly a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas range is wifi compatible! I thought this is such a cool feature, being able to preheat my oven without having to physically do it. This is very useful when im upstairs and needing to cook my pizza, i dont even have to go back and forth because i can control the pre-heat function using my phone. With it being wifi compatible, it is not complicated to use which is a definite plus. The burners also work well and i like the middle griddle. the finish and design of my gas range is very nice and modern. Compared to my old one, this one is definitely very modern and has a lot of cool functions especially the middle 5th burner, wifi compatibility and self clean function of the oven. My favorite feature is definitely the wifi compatibility. it is a game changer! Oven is great but now i wondering if i shouldve gotten the one with the airfry option. But overall happy with my range.
