I have had this tv for less than a week and I love it. I love how I can pairnit with all my other samsung devices, and even use alexa to turn the volume up or down. I totally agree with the other reviews about when the is adjusted a large box takes up the left side of the TV. Very annoying. Now I just need to find some bluetooth headphones to go with it. It was very easy to set up.

The only thing that I have issues with is when the picture is shot in a dark environment it’s very hard to see dimensionsAnd characters. That is the only thing that is disappointing you can’t really tell what’s on the screen if it’s a dark movie. I also enjoy how easy it is to stream on the different apps that’s on the television. It’s a very seamless process. This is my fourth Samsung TV. Currently I have four of them in the home. I am very satisfied with the product and brand.

If your looking for a new television I highly HIGHLY recommend the Samsung Neo QLED it is straight up the best television I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my 85 inch Neo QLED for the 2023 Cristmas holiday season. I wanted to upgrade from my previous 65in Samsung which I love. When I unboxed my 85 in I was immediately impressed with the packaging the tv came in. I also noticed how light the TV weighed. I was able to quickly and effortlessly assemble the TV on its pedestal and within 10 minutes I turned the TV on. The setup was seamless and easy to follow and within minutes I was watching amazing images on the screen. I was blown away by the bright crisp colors on the screen. I explored all of the features including the Ambient feature which I love and give a great sampling of the QLED specs. The different options within the TVs menu are also great to find what you're looking for. I also love using the microphone on the remote to help me look for what I need or want to see. This TV is fantastic and the center piece of my new home. My favorite sporting events look spectacular on the TV and now friends and family look forward to coming over to watch TV with us. I would seriously recommend anyone looking to purchase a new TV to consider this TV or any other Samsung product in the future. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years with a variety of Samsung products and I have never been dissatisfied with any of their products.

I watch everything from movies, tv shows and sports. I like the new features that allow me to navigate my services without an external box. That means 1 remote to do everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has all the bells and whistles I’ve been waiting for in a smart TV in that I have been waiting on the O/S that features the things I truly want to see starting with the picture quality right of the box is excellent no adjustments needed I just put the picture mode on Movie mode and the rest is history I really like that whenever UHD is detected it automatically upscales to the picture quality and of course the sound at the same time the viewing angle is very good it still maintains its picture quality and the color is very rich and yes I can see the freckles on the actors incredible now to new sound system called the Q-Symphony Wow once I purchased a sound bar that has the feature well it emerged me into a whole new sound working flawlessly with the TV speakers with the Dolby Atmos takes me into a Theatre like experience the subwoofer is balanced just right without having to make any adjustments the apps work flawlessly I love the new O/S format instead of just the smarthub you can do gaming as just haven’t tried it yet I will though and let you overall Five stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream all of my movies and network shows. I also enjoy sports broadcasts. The picture for all three is brilliant. The colors are true and seamless. Black is a true black. And all this in my very bright room. I use a separate speaker system through eARC and it works perfectly although it does override the Samsung’s highly capable built-in sound effects. This is a great all around’er.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and when paired with a Symphony capable Samsung sound bar also immersive sound quality especially with Dolby Atmos. Was easy for me to configure in the settings menu--the only issue I seem to be having and what is preventing me from giving this TV five stars is a notification that keeps appearing when I turn the set on that I need to go into Service Mode to make certain adjustments. I haven't tried to do that fearing the warranty would be voided and it hasn't yet appeared to affect the TV imaging at all yet this is a definite annoyance and a possible future concern. Hitting Factory reset was ineffective with this issue. Also doesn't seem to matter which TV input I am working from. I don't think this happens to everyone but it has to me.
