I did not use most of the auto adjustments but adjusted the TV manually to get the picture to my liking. The auto adjustments make color and clarity easy, but I wanted to tweak the TV for the very best viewing experience. I bought this TV, and it was so good a deal that my son bought the exact model. The picture and color are better than some Oled tv's that I have seen. I definitely give this TV 5 stars. There is much more that I could say about the features of this TV so if you are looking for a large TV then stop what you are doing and go get one. You will be very satisfied and happy. The upscaling on this TV is Amazing!

The only thing I want Samsung to improve black border lines when watching some of the movies and I want Samsung to improve and include a feature and have access to expand to full-screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're extremely pleased with our purchase of the 4K Neo QLED 85 inch Samsung TV. In the store it was obviously the brightest of the several on display and this was confirmed by reviews on CNET. It was a bit more expensive than the other models but totally worth it as they others seemed washed out by the store lighting. Still marvel at the brightness and clarity of this unit.

I am disappointed in this TV. I bought it thinking it was a new model but now I feel it was a year old. It showed in the picture on line that it was the newer thin one but it’s not. Also the sound it awful and we have to turn it up to 70 to hear most tv programming, I. E. The FBI or Chicago Med etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and when paired with a Symphony capable Samsung sound bar also immersive sound quality especially with Dolby Atmos. Was easy for me to configure in the settings menu--the only issue I seem to be having and what is preventing me from giving this TV five stars is a notification that keeps appearing when I turn the set on that I need to go into Service Mode to make certain adjustments. I haven't tried to do that fearing the warranty would be voided and it hasn't yet appeared to affect the TV imaging at all yet this is a definite annoyance and a possible future concern. Hitting Factory reset was ineffective with this issue. Also doesn't seem to matter which TV input I am working from. I don't think this happens to everyone but it has to me.

Brights are bright and darks are dark just like they should be. There is a bit of a learning curve to some of the features, but we’ve navigated it all fairly well.
