This has been a very nice tv. The picture is clear and the app options are very numerous. We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but we are very happy with it as of now.

Im a gamer soo the xbox, Amazon luna, and geforce now services built right into the tv are awesome. I just connect my controller to the tv and I can play all my xbox and pc games right there without a pc or console if needed.

That said, we have little kids and inevitably the remote gets lost quite often so we have to resort to the phone app remote. Unfortunately this samsung SmartThings companion app is terrible. It's slow and requires you to redownload the remote at the most random times when all you want to do is lower the volume. So - recommend the TV but hope they fix their app.

When you change channel or volume it is all too easy to hit the NetFlix or Disney button Or Prime. The buttons are too small. It's like the control was designed for the small hand of an eight year old child. Had I been able to test the remote before purchasing I would not have bought this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed my TV very much the picture is great has good sound and I enjoy the Samsung free channels however the banners that come up all the time when you change channels is way Overkill after you've used the TV for a short time you don't need all those those prop banners that tell you stuff about the menu and it tells you what channel you watching three different banners and it's just annoying. I wish there was a way to shut them off you pull up the menu and a banner blocks the spot you're looking to see what's on next I just don't understand that but anyway otherwise it's a great TV I absolutely love it I just wish I could turn off some of the banners cuz it just Overkill how about send a download it has the feature where you can shut off the some of or all ofthe banners that would be great like I said otherwise no complaints whatsoever great product
