[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on this size and was a bit of a concern but the QLED in this great room turned out to be awesome. We have a lot of sunlight, by design that comes into this room at all times of the day. I notice that it will change the darks to light, and light to dark depending on the environment. Interesting. You have to play with the settings. However, once you dial them in, you will be impressed on it works. With that said, I have another 65" Samsung in my bedroom. It is an OLED. Also gets a lot of sunlight. I also recognize that streaming services and traditional cable services have different ways they show a movie or broadcast. I was watching a "streaming" movie in my bedroom on the 65" OLED. I could not see anything, it was dark. Played with the settings and not much changed. Went downstairs to the 85" and all was good. With that said, any other channel ups are bright and awesome. In closing, in my opinion it depends on what you are looking for. this 85" QLED is a great buy for a family room where you will watch the most. If you want to be a vampire and keep things dark, go with a smaller 65" OLED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on the Samsung QN85CD Neo QLED 4K Smart TV, and boy, oh boy, it's like having a pocket-sized cinema without the sticky floors and overpriced popcorn! The picture quality is so sharp that I'm pretty sure I can count the pixels on a fly's wing during a nature documentary. And when it comes to gaming, it's like the TV has a secret cheat code for making you play better. I went from "noob" to "pro" in no time. Design-wise, this TV is sleeker than a penguin in a tuxedo. It's so fancy-looking that even my neighbor's cat couldn't resist giving it a paw of approval (literally). The Smart features are so smart that they even convinced my pet goldfish, Bubbles, to start watching underwater documentaries. Plus, it talks to me, which is both impressive and a tad creepy at times. "Alexa, can you please stop commenting on my Netflix choices?" As for the sound, it's good, but I'm pretty sure my neighbor's party next door has more bass. So, if you're planning a dance-off with the Joneses, you might want to consider an external speaker. In conclusion, this TV is so good that my friends now refuse to come over unless I promise to Netflix and chill at my place. If you want a TV that's not just a TV but a source of endless entertainment and maybe a few laughs, the Samsung QN85CD is the way to go. Just be prepared for some unexpected conversations with your AI friend living in the remote.

The color, clarity, sound from the sound bar and woofer and the related overall quality literally make watching seem like a live experience. I have ducked baseballs, felt like I was catching footballs and basketball, and jumping out of the way of an errant golf ball splashing into a water hole. Samsung is the finest TV out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung is a great TV. It’s very easy to use and has a great picture when you’re looking at sporting events and movies. The only thing that I have issues with is when the picture is shot in a dark environment it’s very hard to see dimensionsAnd characters. That is the only thing that is disappointing you can’t really tell what’s on the screen if it’s a dark movie. I also enjoy how easy it is to stream on the different apps that’s on the television. It’s a very seamless process. This is my fourth Samsung TV. Currently I have four of them in the home. I am very satisfied with the product and brand.

This TV is the same size, but it’s newer and a higher quality model. It’s truly amazing! There’s shows that we watch regularly and on the new TV, we’re able to notice background items clearly that we do not notice in the older TV. The speakers are also MUCH better than the older set! We’re so glad that we’ve stayed with your higher quality products through the years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched heavily for a tv that could support the power and picture that my ps5 could pump out. This tv supports everything it can throw at it. I am very happy with my choice. Every game I play the picture looks stunning and real. No jitters or lag. Just clear crisp colors and motions. I could not ask for anything more. Streaming is also fantastic on it making fast pace and explosion scenes seem like your in the middle of them. I always skeptical of the sound that can come out of a tv that is so thin, but the quality is very impressive. Loud and easy to hear wherever you are in the room watching. All in all i could never ask for a better tv.

The colors are true and seamless. Black is a true black. And all this in my very bright room. I use a separate speaker system through eARC and it works perfectly although it does override the Samsung’s highly capable built-in sound effects. This is a great all around’er.

Since 15 years ago my parents see TV clearer and family with hearing issues hear TV clearer without TV volume on high, where family is yelling across house. Overall the Samsung TV last the color you see on day one coming from picture quality does not seem to dim or as I have heard it called (burned in to screen) it always is lovely and beautiful.
