[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has all the bells and whistles I’ve been waiting for in a smart TV in that I have been waiting on the O/S that features the things I truly want to see starting with the picture quality right of the box is excellent no adjustments needed I just put the picture mode on Movie mode and the rest is history I really like that whenever UHD is detected it automatically upscales to the picture quality and of course the sound at the same time the viewing angle is very good it still maintains its picture quality and the color is very rich and yes I can see the freckles on the actors incredible now to new sound system called the Q-Symphony Wow once I purchased a sound bar that has the feature well it emerged me into a whole new sound working flawlessly with the TV speakers with the Dolby Atmos takes me into a Theatre like experience the subwoofer is balanced just right without having to make any adjustments the apps work flawlessly I love the new O/S format instead of just the smarthub you can do gaming as just haven’t tried it yet I will though and let you overall Five stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we got this tv, we were shopping for a TV for the master bedroom because that's the one that we were replacing, but this tv is such high quality we HAD to put it in the living room and on display! The picture is out of this world, seriously. It's extremely user friendly and has great sound as well. When people come over, they always comment on how awesome our TV is. I've always had big nice TV's for my living room and no one has ever commented on them, but the picture, color, resolution on this one is just so outstanding that literally everyone comments on it! Highly, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and when paired with a Symphony capable Samsung sound bar also immersive sound quality especially with Dolby Atmos. Was easy for me to configure in the settings menu--the only issue I seem to be having and what is preventing me from giving this TV five stars is a notification that keeps appearing when I turn the set on that I need to go into Service Mode to make certain adjustments. I haven't tried to do that fearing the warranty would be voided and it hasn't yet appeared to affect the TV imaging at all yet this is a definite annoyance and a possible future concern. Hitting Factory reset was ineffective with this issue. Also doesn't seem to matter which TV input I am working from. I don't think this happens to everyone but it has to me.

Calling it just a TV doesn't do it justice. It's truly a great product and an excellent investment. This TV has all the features for gaming, family movie nights, or catching up on the news – it even makes the news sound interesting! The picture quality is impressive, almost like being on set with the actors. The details are so clear that you can see the sweat dripping down an action hero's face or each raindrop as if it were in the living room. I now know what a Lamborghini sounds like, all thanks to this TV. A big shout out to the hardworking individuals behind this high-quality product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thoroughly enjoyed my Samsung TV. The picture is great and the setup was easy. The addition of the Alexa connectivity makes the TV even better as I can pause or rewind a show/movie that I am watching. The voice activated volume controll and turning of the TV is very handy when I can;t locate the remote. The only issue that I have is with the onboard sound. Every so often the sound is muffled when turning it on (it sounds like it is coming through the wall). The easy fix is to completely unplug the TV from the power source for a few seconds and the sound will be normal again. This would be an easy 5 star if not for the sound issue.
