Hi there - we're glad you're generally satisfied with your beverage center, but we do apologize that it takes a while to cool your drinks. We know how discouraging this can be. It's true that the unit needs time to cool large amounts of beverages that have recently been added - this is normal. Additionally, make sure that the door is sealing properly by cleaning the gaskets. Instructions for doing so can be found on page 15 of the owner's manual (linked on our website). While we’re glad you overall like the center, we do regret that the cans aren’t being kept as cool as you would prefer. We know that may have caused inconvenience, and notice of your feedback will be sent to our Design team for review; we do value your insight as we always like to know what our consumers think of our models. The average temperature range in the middle of the unit is 39 to 60 degrees F. If the cans are not being cooled to that range, you may want to check the gasket to ensure the door is able to seal properly, as well as limit how often the door is opened if possible. We have some suggestions that will help! The most effective way to remove adhesive left from film, packing tape, stickers, tags, or labels on new appliances, and to ensure no damage is done to the finish of the product, is to apply one of the following:<br /><br /> <br /><br />Household liquid dishwashing detergent<br /><br />Mineral oil<br /><br />Cooking oil<br /><br />Goo Gone®<br /><br /> <br /><br />Apply any of these methods with a soft, clean cloth and allow it to soak. Wipe it clean with a dry soft cloth. Do not use a plastic pad or equivalent. Wipe the appliance dry and then apply polish to thoroughly clean and protect the surface.<br /><br />Precautions: <br /><br />Do not allow the mineral oil, cooking oil, or Goo Gone to come in contact with any plastic parts, especially the inner liner of a refrigerator. These items will destroy the plastic parts.<br /><br />Do not use Goo Gone on stainless steel appliances unless you have tested it in an inconspicuous area first.
