Hi there - we're glad you're generally satisfied with your beverage center, but we do apologize that it takes a while to cool your drinks. We know how discouraging this can be. It's true that the unit needs time to cool large amounts of beverages that have recently been added - this is normal. Additionally, make sure that the door is sealing properly by cleaning the gaskets. Instructions for doing so can be found on page 15 of the owner's manual (linked on our website).
