2/4 shelves broken from the factory

The glass shelves are not wide enough to sit in the slots provided and ha e thin plastic tabs on the sides to hold them up. Two of those shelves plastic tabs were all cracked right out of the box and would not hold any weight. I Managed to use gorilla glue to repair one and had to throw the other out. It’s only a matter of time before the weight of bottles and cans break the others. Very poor design.

So far so good

Replaced a wine fridge with this one since this fridge is designed to go to lower temps. Wine fridge wasn’t cold enough for beer. A very nice feature not listed is that it has a LED light in the fridge that is always on. Gives it a functional and nice look.

All banged up!!!

The product came in a very thin box and was probably banged up during transportation. There are three dents alone on the frame of the door surrounding the glass and one of the three is large. There is also a large dent on the side of the beverage center and scratched also.

Good for warm drinks

The product description shows a temperature range that would lead you to believe that on the low end it would be around 4 degrees C, so not true, temp will not go below 7 degrees. I contacted GE for warranty support, they replaced the fridge, same issue, they finally said that 7 degrees is acceptable and they will not do anything about it. They say that the specs provided are a range and not minimums and maximums. If you like your beer warm then the fridge is ok, if like most people and you like you drinks cold... forget it, don't buy this piece of junk. Will never buy a Haeir or GE product again, so tired of misleading marketing!

We are more than happy to provide guidance with this beverage center. The temperature control dial has three temperature settings and OFF. The MIN setting is the least cold and the MAX setting is the coldest. The recommended temperature setting is MED. However, since this setting is not cooling your beverages as desired, we suggest using the MAX setting. If this cooling issue persists after using the MAX setting, service is advised. Nice fridge, but came with broken parts.

Overall, the fridge is nice and looks like it appears online. However, I am giving it a lower rating because the brackets on the shelving were broken in two spots. I had to call the manufacturer to get new parts shipped and it is going to take more than a month.

A "Cool" fridge

Bought this maybe a month ago.. my wife was done storing beverages in our fridge. Got it.. set it up the next day.. Waited a day to put stuff in is so it could get to temp.. It's cool.. very stylish.. but Cool. doesn't get as cold as I thought is would. Have adjusted the temp dial but still doesn't get colder.. any "tips" to get the temp a lil colder would be appreciated

Perfect Beer Fridge!

I received this as a gift for Christmas this year, and have loved it from the day I opened the box! The adjustable glass shelves make for an easy way to store bottles, 12oz cans, 16oz cans and even 750mL bottles. Great temperature control and adjustability as well. The only advice I have is not to pack the top shelf, as it may make some cans close to the light bulb slightly less cold. Definitely recommend to anyone as a killer beer fridge!

Haier - HEBF100BXS

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and have had no problems with it. The temperature settings work really well and I can actually get it as cold as almost freezing. The light is also a great feature and for those that don't want it on, it can be turned off.

DAMAGED SHELVES

I PURCHASED THIS UNIT FROM CONN'S, WHEN WE OPENED THE BOX THE PLASTIC THAT HOLD UP THE SHELVES WERE MELTED AND OTHER INTERNAL PARTS WERE MELTED. I CONTACTED CONN'S WHICH WAS POINTLESS ALL THEY DID WAS REFER ME TO GE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS AND ATTEMPTS I FINALLY SPOKE TO A LADY AND SHE SHIPPED THE SHELVES UNDER WARRANTY, BUT MY FRIDGE HAS OTHER MELTED PARTS AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLACE.

Lasted a long time

I've had this lil guy about 7-12 years. It keeps getting louder and louder. My customers are starting to complain. I use as a beverage fridge in my painting studio to sell to customers. I'm guessing compressor. I was trying to use it until it dies, but it is just so loud it hurts your ears. I can't really afford a new one right now. But searching for one soon.
