We're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with cooling and would love to offer you some guidance in this. -- A beverage center's normal temperature range is between 34°F and 46°F and may fluctuate +/- 2F. Hello and thank you for giving this beverage center a try. When first using the unit, please turn it to medium and allow it to run for 24 hours. After this, you can adjust the temperature up or down. Please let us know if you need additional assistance as we’re always happy to help. -Gina@Haier
