This litter controls odors very well assuming the mess is actually covered up ...Hazel!!! Other than the dust, which I have yet to find a good litter with no dust,I would give this 5 stars.

Eight cats have us and we have to keep them happy. We buy a lot of litter each month and fresh steps is the only kind that we buy. We like the low dust control which many other litter has plenty of.

I purchased this for our new cat a few weeks ago and I'm really glad I did. This item delivers as promised leaving my house smelling fresh and the litter box easy to clean. I will continue to use this product and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only tried this litter once and found that it was awesome! Unfortunately it costs a little more than the regular FreshStep Extreme with Febreeze so it's not in our budget.

I have been using Fresh Step for many years. It works well and keeps odors at bay. I do not, however, like the new packaging. The bags are difficult to carry and manage. I much preferred to buckets!!
