Bought this litter after switching from pine litter due to my kitty having an allergy. Very happy with the minimal tracking outside of the box (do have a mat down) and no clay between toes. Scent is pleasant, but not overpowering. Cats had a very easy transition to this litter!

We tend to buy the larger Fresh Step pack with the four packages because we get the advantage of the economy but can move the smaller packages around better. I'm a little concerned about the Febreze and the chemicals that the cat needs to inhale, but she doesn't seem to have any issue and it keeps the litter smell a little better. I think it's better than the litter with fragrances.

Having hardwood floors proves to be a challenge with cat litter. I used to use the crystals religiously. They would be here and there on the floor and hurt bare feet from time to time. But after switching to these clay options, it's smaller debris and easier on the feet.

Great price for the size and I didn't have to worry about litter for a couple of months because of the size and because it's that great!

This litter works very well. My cat isn't too picky about litters, but I like having a litter that is odor controlling because I live in an apartment, so my cat's litter is in my bathroom attached to my bedroom. If the litter doesn't have good odor control, it gets stinky. This litter is also substantial enough that it doesn't fly everywhere when he digs. All in all, it's a good product.

My parents took in 2 cats & they love them so much which is strange because growing up I brought home every stray cat I could find & try to hide them under my blanket at bedtime & she would find them & placed outside. Not much of an animal lover but she let's BeBe sleep with her & Dad lets Mr. Kitty sleep on the recliner with him..where are my parents? Who are these people? LOL. So my sister & I recommended Fresh Step to them & that's what they use! Meow...

This cat litter is by far one of the better ones I have tried. It does a great job at masking odors and my cat seems to like this litter because it does not stick to her paws. I like how well it controls urine odors and doesn't make a huge mess outside of the litter box. It is very easy to clean/scoop as well. I recommend Fresh Step Cat Litter. It works very well.
