Worked for two weeks. Needs a new battery.

I came to this website looking for directions on replacing the battery. Still looking. Why would something so basic be hard to find.

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion about replacing the batteries in your toothbrush, Sam. All of our brushes are tested to last for a long time and provide you with only the best dental care. You should be able to simply twist the bottom of the toothbrush off to reveal the battery compartment. Good, but where's the head cover.

Does the job. But used to come with a plastic head cover. Guess they've become too cheap for that.

This is my favorite style of toothbrush

I just bought this today. When I turned it on, it won’t stop unless I remove the battery.
