Lasted about a year and a half

I was glad at the affordable price. However this both stopped working much sooner than expected. One stopped working entirely. The other seems to have a faulty part and does not rotate the brush correctly. I tried changing batteries. I thought maybe I bought the wrong brush heads, but I don't know why Oral B wouldn't work with their own product. But it has the same issue without adding on the brush head.

Worked for two weeks. Needs a new battery.

I came to this website looking for directions on replacing the battery. Still looking. Why would something so basic be hard to find.

You should be able to simply twist the bottom of the toothbrush off to reveal the battery compartment.
