I used to think this product was great when it was in the blue package and said copy paper. The last two orders of several boxes have been the "new look-same product" that was shipped to our office in the red package. This is NOT the same product!! This paper is very thin and jams in the copier every time we need to print more then one sheet at a time, which is pretty much all day. Even the box states "multipurpose" now not copy paper. I really wish Sam's had not claimed that it is the same product when it is clearly not.

Typically when I order cases of copy paper the box is filthy and mangled. Not from Sam's Club! Their packaging is the best! Never any worries about what you're going to get when it arrives. The case is 99% sealed with plastic! This paper is the most reasonable price for our area and because the shipping is free, we now order it for all of our clinics. Thank you Sam's!!

I have been purchasing this paper for my office for almost a year now. The quality of the paper is consistent and has minimal curl. When my last order arrived I was very pleased to see that the case of paper had been shrink-wrapped in a band of heavy plastic. This was a welcome sight. Usually the cardboard carton, and some of the individual reams, would arrive rather damaged. Sometimes I could tell that UPS had taped the carton back together so they could successfully deliver the entire order. I have not been alone in receiving mangled cartons. Thank you, Sam's Club, for listening and responding.

As a teacher, I use plenty of paper everyday. I had bought the paper before I read the reviews, I was worried! As soon as it arrived I was expecting to see damaged reems of paper, not the case. The paper is white, of regular thickness, does not not jam and does its job. I will definitely order again.

I purchase this paper in bulk and it is the cheapest paper of good quality to use consistently in your home or business. We use the paper as pack slips for shipping our packages, and the paper is clean, bright, affordable, and durable. Highly recommend this copy paper!

Like so many others, the the product arrived damaged. One corner of the box was completely split open and every ream of paper was busted open on each side. But the paper was busted open on the sides, not the corner where the box was split, which leads me to believe they were all put in the box that way in the first place. I checked the top ream and a few pages were crumpled, which would be acceptable if that were the only ream. Whether there are crumpled pages in the rest, I can't even store them properly in the condition they are in. There seems so be a systemic quality control problem with this paper.

Marks member paper is just as good if not better than any other brand copy paper. I order this for our dental office and it's great in all of our copy and fax machines. Now that Sam's Club delivers it makes my job so much easier and frees me up to be able to help the office out more. Great product, Great value, and Great quality.

The package arrived very quickly in good condition. The paper goes through my laser printer perfectly. I won't have to buy more printer paper for a long time. I enjoyed having free shipping Instead of the hassle of loading and unloading that very heavy box by myself.

I have purchased many times in the past but the most recent lot still claims to be 20lb paper but is much thinner when compared to an old package of 500 sheets from a previous box. Also curls up in the discharge tray of my fast laser printer. It is almost translucent as I can easily see text from the next page.

The problem that we had was not with the product, but with the manner in which the company in which you have ship this product. Every time we get paper shipped from you the box in which the paper comes in is so tore up and abused. This time it was so bad that they threw the reams of paper in another box and they were in terrible shape. It makes it easier on us to purchase and have the case of paper mailed to our office, but I don't believe that we will continue to purchase it from your Sam's Club if it arrives to us in this manner again.
