The problem that we had was not with the product, but with the manner in which the company in which you have ship this product. Every time we get paper shipped from you the box in which the paper comes in is so tore up and abused. This time it was so bad that they threw the reams of paper in another box and they were in terrible shape. It makes it easier on us to purchase and have the case of paper mailed to our office, but I don't believe that we will continue to purchase it from your Sam's Club if it arrives to us in this manner again. Marks member paper is just as good if not better than any other brand copy paper. I order this for our dental office and it's great in all of our copy and fax machines. Now that Sam's Club delivers it makes my job so much easier and frees me up to be able to help the office out more. Great product, Great value, and Great quality.

We have a small home business, but we receive around 300 faxes/email that are printed a day. This was the best deal of price per quality of paper. But my last 3 boxes not so much, the paper is much thinner, curls as it come out of fax machine or printer and so following pages catch it and push off. there is a difference in page feel super smooth almost slippery pages mixed in with regular feel paper, more jams. Sorry but not sure what happened but this paper is no longer going to be our paper of choice. Not worth the hassle, too bad was a real good deal.

I used to think this product was great when it was in the blue package and said copy paper. The last two orders of several boxes have been the "new look-same product" that was shipped to our office in the red package. This is NOT the same product!! This paper is very thin and jams in the copier every time we need to print more then one sheet at a time, which is pretty much all day. Even the box states "multipurpose" now not copy paper. I really wish Sam's had not claimed that it is the same product when it is clearly not.

This paper serves its purpose. It doesn't jam up our Dell printers. Only complaint is when it is shipped the box is taped up like crazy. Other stores just use the plastic tie downs. We love to reuse the paper boxes but don't get to with the ones delivered by Sam's. We have been using this product for years.

Poor packaging by Sams clubs allows it to show up in less than desirable conditions. Paper is of less than average quality, when held up to the light it appears splotchy and less than opaque. Reams inside of the case were busted open and not able to be used. Good paper for scratch pads but that is about it.

Typically when I order cases of copy paper the box is filthy and mangled. Not from Sam's Club! Their packaging is the best! Never any worries about what you're going to get when it arrives. The case is 99% sealed with plastic! This paper is the most reasonable price for our area and because the shipping is free, we now order it for all of our clinics. Thank you Sam's!!
