Great paper, brilliant white finish, feeds easily and has no problem with smudges using an ink jet printer. Works well in the duplex feature to print both sides. Its a bargain and is first class product.

These are the most affordable options I’ve found. We go through a lot of paper at work, so having a bulk supply on hand is really convenient. The box is definitely heavy and a bit tough to carry, but buying in bulk has been the most efficient solution for us. This brand also offers the best quality paper I’ve come across.

We love Sam's and love how fast we get our paper HOWEVER every in every shipment, it never fails, that every single ream of paper's packaging is ripped open. The paper is fine but the packaging looks like it was placed in the box by Edward Scissorhands and his cousin, Wolverine.

This paper is good quality, about the same as any other multi-purpose copy paper. I order it for our office, about 6-8 cases every week or two. I will have to now purchase it from a local office supply company for maybe a dollar more a case, because every time we get it from Sam's it comes in torn up. We have to throw away 2-5 reams every time. So, we aren't really saving any money getting it from Sam's. I have attached photos of our deliveries.

Bad batch of paper. I’ve bought for years and it’s always been great. Wrote customer service but the credit me back for paper bowls I ordered. Geeez

When printing multiple pages on both sides the paper curls after the first pass, when the printer tries to take the paper in to print on the back it causes error printer jammed. Some pages don't curl and remain flat as seen in included video. I use a Epson ET-4850

Every package of paper is torn open or split open. Thought it was just one carton so I didn't complain but just open the second carton with same issue.

First time I have ordered copy paper from Sam's. The box and contents arrived via UPS in terrible condition. UPS picked it up Nov. 27th, but I haven't heard from Sam's regarding a replacement.

I buy LOTS of this paper...I'm a tax accountant...and so far been happy until these last few boxes. In the middle of several reams, there is really lightweight junk paper, and just lately, there were a few pages of cardstock type paper in the middle of a ream. We go through about 20 boxes of paper a tax season. Doesn't really pay to return or complain except on here. Besides we don't have time to return paper, or try to guess which reams contain the crappy paper. Do better at the factory!

This paper is awful! It constantly jams in my printer. And don't tell me it's the humidity or the printer because another brand printed a ream non-stop with no issues. The Member's Mark brand jammed 24 times while printing 104 pages. That's a 24% increase in price due to wasted paper, not to mention the time spent constantly unjamming the printer. It is clearly not worth the "savings." Spend a little more money and get quality paper.
