Poor packaging by Sams clubs allows it to show up in less than desirable conditions. Paper is of less than average quality, when held up to the light it appears splotchy and less than opaque. Reams inside of the case were busted open and not able to be used. Good paper for scratch pads but that is about it.

Carrier made us pay $65 to unload from truck (Sala) and some reaps were glued together from the manufacturing process, they were unusable. Working on at least getting refunded on $65 we have had to spend about 2 or 3 times that this carrier has showed up. Paper quality is awesome for the price but in recent months, the quality and delivery of product has not been the greatest.

The problem that we had was not with the product, but with the manner in which the company in which you have ship this product. Every time we get paper shipped from you the box in which the paper comes in is so tore up and abused. This time it was so bad that they threw the reams of paper in another box and they were in terrible shape. It makes it easier on us to purchase and have the case of paper mailed to our office, but I don't believe that we will continue to purchase it from your Sam's Club if it arrives to us in this manner again. This used to be a good reliable paper for our 5775. The last few times we have picked it up at Sam's however, it has given us trouble. Judging from the rougher cut, slight difference in brightness, and a slightly rougher texture, I would say Sam's club changed who they were sourcing the paper from. It used to be Jam free in our Xerox 5775. The last 8 cases purchased over the last 6 weeks have given us fits (enough of it and over a long enough time frame that it is more than just a simple bad batch on a pallet). After ensuring it was not the printer that was at issue we have had to switch brands of paper (from a different supplier). No more jamming and separation issues.

I used to think this product was great when it was in the blue package and said copy paper. The last two orders of several boxes have been the "new look-same product" that was shipped to our office in the red package. This is NOT the same product!! This paper is very thin and jams in the copier every time we need to print more then one sheet at a time, which is pretty much all day. Even the box states "multipurpose" now not copy paper. I really wish Sam's had not claimed that it is the same product when it is clearly not.

Typically when I order cases of copy paper the box is filthy and mangled. Not from Sam's Club! Their packaging is the best! Never any worries about what you're going to get when it arrives. The case is 99% sealed with plastic! This paper is the most reasonable price for our area and because the shipping is free, we now order it for all of our clinics. Thank you Sam's!!

We bought this about a month ago and had great hopes for the paper. As soon as we started using the paper it jammed our printer constantly. I picked it up in the store, so there were no issues with damage to the paper. We bought the Hammermill paper from Sam's and the jamming issues stopped.

I purchase a case of this about every 6 months, as I run a small business from home and my partner is currently enrolled in college, so we both do a decent amount of printing. No one in retail offers a better value on reams of printer paper than Sam's Club! I typically pickup my case at my local club during one of my bulk, online orders, but, when I noticed that we were down to the last ream and I didn't need anything else from the Club at the time, I decided to have it shipped to my home, considering that the shipping is (at the time of this review) free! The case of paper arrived within 3 business days after I placed my order online and that was via the regular/free shipping option. The case that was shipped is no different that the one you get in the store, save for the two, yellow carrying ties that were wrapped around the outside of the box. As I speculated prior to submitting my order, the outside of the box did incur some damage on one corner. As a result, the packaging on two reams of paper were mildly affected; it did not damage the paper inside of the packaging to the point of non-use, but they did arrive not completely sealed and, under the right circumstances, could have been exposed to the elements. I took one star off for the case/packaging arriving damaged, but otherwise, this is the same, great, quality printer paper that I have come to love. Damage aside, it's an extremely convenient option to have the freedom to get it delivered to my door at no charge and for that, I am grateful. Improve the exterior case/packaging and you have a 5-star, 5-star, 5-star product on your hands... Thanks Sam's Club!

As a teacher, I use plenty of paper everyday. I had bought the paper before I read the reviews, I was worried! As soon as it arrived I was expecting to see damaged reems of paper, not the case. The paper is white, of regular thickness, does not not jam and does its job. I will definitely order again.

We have getting paper from an Office Supply business, and the price just keeps going up and up. So thought we would give this product a shot. It has proven to the a GREAT choice! We have had no jams in any or our machines. Great delivery process, right to each of the machines we have in the office.
