It’s called a jetkart+all-terrain hoverboard but it literally can barely take off under its own power with a 40 pound rider . I bought three of these and my grandkids would rather ride there two year old hoverboard. Don’t waste your money unless you just want a Bluetooth speaker

Our daughter opened one on Christmas morning, and when trying to assemble it, noticed the seat had a manufacturing defect and would not attach to the frame. It was literally the first assembly step out of the box. We returned it to our local Sam's Club on December 26 for the last one they had in the store. The second Jetson assembled perfectly. We plugged up the hoverboard to charge since it wouldn't turn on out of the box (we assumed it shipped with a dead battery). After 5 hours of charging, the charging light never flashed as the instructions indicated it would, and the hoverboard still wouldn't turn on when unplugged. While plugged into the wall, we were able to power on the hoverboard, but as soon as the plug was removed, it would immediately die. Our 8 year old daughter has been great with understanding that sometimes things don't work right (even Christmas presents), but it is ridiculous that 2 of these arrived broken to us right from the factory. The first one was shipped to our home from the website, and the second came from the local store. Jetson customer service was some of the worst you can imagine. They are essentially trained to get you off the phone with zero assistance as they tell you how overwhelmed they are with calls and tickets. Clearly they have a quality issue, and it isn't just the products in the box. Save yourself the trouble.

We bought one went home kids loved it so we ordered another online and picked up next day. The only thing is the rating I think the smaller the better my old man weighs 200 and it will move but slowly and my seven year old weighs 50 lbs and it goes pretty good.

Not sure how well it works yet but the shipping box was terribly damaged. Hopefully it didn't damage the hoverboard. It is a present. Will update review when present is given. Shipping box too damaged to wrap.

Works great for my adolescent son, but is sturdy enough for adults. He’s a little small for the foot pedals when using the kart, but puts his feet on the center rail until he grows into the pedals. Battery lasts for a long time, no issues.

the go kart attachment isn't durable. it should've been made with a more reliable material not hard plastic. my son is 8, it took him to pull the handle to hard and the side of the handle cracked and broke off.

The cart barley works when the light/sound cord is connected. However, the cart is not much better without the cord connected. My kids have said that the seat is uncomfortable and it’s hard to maneuver.

DO NOT BUY THIS IT WAS A ONE TIME USE AND BROKEN! My son got this last year for xmas we charged it , it worked but he was too small for it. We used it for the first time yesterday for 20 min or so the battery died we charged it overnight and in the morning it would not work and kept non stop beeping. we reconfigured it according to the MFR. They were not at all helpful! Waste of time and money!! The answer I got was too bad so sad it's a 90 day warranty so we can't help you. they offered a 10% discount off of their JUNK. keep in min they sell this for 2x the price sams does! I am going to see if same will at least stand behind the hunk of crap we received

My 9 year old son was able to assemble it himself, and he loved it at first. It rode great on smooth flooring inside. It rode ok on the road outside, but much slower. It does not like gravel nor dirt. Once the initial charge ran out, the item would not charge. We tried multiple outlets, and we left it on charge for two days straight one on of those outlets. The second he tried to ride it, it stated the battery was low. We returned it for a full refund, and customer service was great about it.

Already broken. Push button start does not work.
